I rarely, rarely write reviews . . . We hired Rocky's Roofing to re-roof our home. They were superb. Superb. In an age where contractors typically are late, or unresponsive, or you have to chase them to do their work and finish up, Rocky's was superb. They committed to a start date, met that date, their crew worked from daybreak to sunset, they met all expectations, and they did so at a good price. We had bidded out our project, received six bids, and Rocky's was one of the lowest prices. What we liked most was the personal touch, the responsiveness of the owner and the foreman during the job, and when there was a small issue I found, they resolved it quickly without issue or dispute, because as their owner said ""we want our customers to be satisfied."" We were. We would recommend and hire Rocky's Roofing again in a heartbeat. They are already added to my address book. Thank you, Shannon and team at Rocky's Roofing.

Do not use this company. I wasn't going to leave a negative review but I am so upset. This shouldn't happen after 2 years putting a new roof on and being repaired 3 times. Then I was told that the warranty is I. The old owners name. Even though it was in the contract before we purchased the house a new roof would be installed which it was. How can a company be ok with this and not fix their work.

Rocky's is a very professional company to work with. From the very first day I had Shannon come out to inspect the roof, he made sure to explain everything to me and did not hesitate to stick around to answer additional questions or ease my concerns. When it came time for us to make a decision I went to the office and Kenda was so nice and welcoming. I got the vibe that they treat their customers like family and I was right. The guys who came to do the roof were very nice and responsive to any concerns I had as well. The foreman on the job was great and so respectful. They made sure to clean everything up even if they had to come an additional time just to make sure everything was clean and safe. I very much trust that they had our best interest and I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair or a new roof. They are good people !

Quick, easy, and simple! That's what we all love, right? If you do Rocky's is for you. I called and meet with Shannon (great man) we sat down went over the contract, permits, and walked through all the rest of the paper work step by step. I felt comfortable with everything he told me. I asked if we can be a priority because our house insurance needed a new roof to be able to continue insuring us (roof is 30yrs old little patch work). We shook hands I signed the contract within a week The permit was pulled, they begin the demo! ALL IN ONE DAY they had the roof completely demoed, replaced all the rotten wood, laid out the first layer of protection! Two days later the inspector came out and approved/signed off no issues whatsoever! Next day they had their guys here completely shingled the house (straight lines start to finish) and following day got the final inspection, approved/signed off once again no issues! Couldn't be any happier with the service! Best looking roof on the block as of now!!!!

I had two small leaks in my roof. I called Kendra to schedule, and Shannon (the owner) came out right on time, and was a pleasure to deal with. He assessed my roof and gave me a fair price almost immediately. The communication with Shannon and Kendra was excellent. The roofers showed up when they were supposed to, were polite, and as far as I can tell, did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves, and were careful not to destroy any of my plants. I highly recommend Rockys roofing.

Rockys Roofers came to fix my fascia. I asked the owner to look around and tell me what needed to be fixed. He gave an estimate over $1000.I paid it and one week later I saw they missed a veryobvious spt with black showing. I told them I did not mind the oversight, but please charge me accordingly. He told me it was my fault for not telling him about the spot. I thought I was paying him to assess the situation?! When I got frustrated he told me to find someone else to do the job!

We were very skeptical of finding a good roofing company because of all the horror stories we heard over the years from friends and coworkers that were unsatisfied and disgruntled with the work done by roofing contractors to repair/replace their roof. After several proposals we decided to go with Rocky's Roofing on account of a recommendation from a family member. We are incredibly glad we did. The end price was almost identical to the quote which was fair. Some of the quotes were higher, and some were lower. Rocky's was price was fair in comparison. The only reason the final cost was slightly higher is because I decided to replace all of the facia attached to the screen enclosure on the rear of the house.Taylor and Shannon and the entire Rocky's Roofing Team were great from the onset. Kenda at the office was ALWAYS helpful, patient, professional, and kind. The workers did the job in an orderly, efficient, and professional manner. They always addressed every concern we had throughout the project. In a job that takes weeks, it is impossible for everything to go perfect 100% of the time Whenever I pointed out an issue, the Rocky's team immediately addressed it to our satisfaction. The result is a new roof replacement that was completed on time, and came out beautiful!! We HIGHLY recommend this company. You can rest assured that you'll be completely satisfied with their work.

Rocky's was awesome from start to finish. We had a large job with lots of moving parts and they were on top of everything and very responsive whenever I had any questions. They provided a very competitive bid and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They have subsequently done the roofs for two of my friends and they are also very pleased.

I have hired Rocky's roofing to repair my roof on multiple occasions. They take the time to show me pictures of my roof, explain the problem, and explain how they will repair the problem. Their workmanship is excellent, the exterior is left clear of all debris, and the price is always fair. When you call the office to schedule, the ladies are patient and help you get the information that you need.
