I recently bought a home, (March) and upon last week's rains our flat torchdown bitumen roof was leaking. I knew of Rockin Roofers services so I contacted them to help with the repair. They scheduled me within 2 days, came out today and had the whole area patched and repaired in 3 hours. Oracia, Gregorio and Rob were great: courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend their services!

I used Simply Solar a few years ago (2018) at my house and they had fixed a small leak that I had at the time they installed the Solar. Well, a commercial building we own had a badly leaking roof and after our management team received a few estimates all in the low to mid 40K range I gave Jake at Simply Solar a call to see if their team handles commercial TPC roofs. Thankfully they do, they sent a crew out to take a look at the roof and sent me a complete report with photos of all the issues and how they would be corrected. Once we understood what was needed to properly fix ALL of the leaking areas they got to work.

They need to finish up and hopefully it will be done by the end of next week. But I needed to leave this, after watching these guys work we are SO happy that we went with them. They know that this building is in use by a large company and make sure not to be in the way. Their workmanship is top-notch and every time I'm there they've left the property spotless and only leave materials in the predetermined area.

We are very happy with the process of getting our new roof. Our neighbors used Rockin's Roofers last year and after obtaining several estimates, we have been very satisfied by the professionalism of David Frank, the sales rep and the foreman, Larry. The foreman wore a mask, and he and his team were very respectful. I was happy that they brought a Port a Potty given COVID. Our communications with the office were also very professional and thorough.

These guys were great. We needed a new roof and had wanted to have solar done for quite some time. We had three solar bids, two with roofing bids also. Then we also had two roofers bid the work. Simply Solar and Rookin' Roofers were one of the bidders. Both divisions made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and products. The other solar company didn't even bring their roofer with them. Actually Rockin' seemed to know more about the different roof options we had and we ended up choosing reflexive shingles that would make our house retain less heat. The other roofers never even offered this option. Just like Simply they kept us informed all the way through and there were no ""surprises"". We also had the gutters and downspouts done which went fine.
I would recommend Rockin' even if you're not having solar done.
I was in the contracting business for over 40 years (just retired) and know how hard it is to run a company and get the right employees. If these guys keep it up they will be in business for a long time.

We hired Rockin Roofers to remove the existing roof and replace with a new 50 year roof, with a non prorated no dollar limit warranty that also covers labor. From my research, this is the best warranty that any roofing company offers - and it's transferable!

They use products that are made in America, and do not use sub contractors for any part of their roof installations. From start to finish, we were kept well informed of all project timelines and status updates. There were no big surprise change orders like some contractors like to hit you with after you sign a contract.

I felt that Rockin Roofers was honest and straightforward, and very much in line with the other quotes that we received. Our roof is not an easy roof, it has a very steep pitch to it, so our other concern was SAFETY. Their workers were roped in, and practiced all necessary safety precautions throughout the project.

My wife's concern was exposing ourselves to liability if someone was injured, but knowing that they don't use subcontractors and practice necessary safety protocols was all the peace of mind needed.

I recommend Rockin Roofers. And they also have a highly rated solar company called Simply Solar. They are locally owned and their employees really show their pride of work. I understand that they install battery back up systems as well.

We had our roof done by Rockin' Roofers a couple months ago. They coordinated everything with me and kept me well informed along the way. Their crew was very kind and courteous. The quality of the work was great. They even put in free gutter guard for me. I've done many construction projects on my house and this was definitely one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Would definitely reccomend them.

Decided to go solar last year, not only to save money (federal dollar for dollar 30% tax rebate)but also to save some of our non renewable resources. After 6 in-home visits from six different solar and roofing companies (i decided to replace the original 22 year old fire-prone heavy wood shake shingle roof which also fell under the 30% tax rebate offering) I decided to go with David Morgan (408) 348-5781 from Simply Solar and Rockin' Roofers.
Rockin' Roofers is a part of Simply Solar. A one-stop-shop which I thought i might need in order to prevent/eliminate any kind of ""finger pointing"" if the time ever came when there might be problems from one trade overlapping with the other.....
BUT THAT NEED NEVER OCCURRED!
Rockin' Roofers planned the job, came prepared with equipment, materials and people that knew what they were doing and subsequently passed the county roofing inspection first time around! I dont know about you but thats never happened to me before. To say the least I was very pleased
Not only that, Rockin' Roofers repaired a few hundred dollars of wood rot caused by the original roofers incompetence, for free!!!
PLUS they swapped out my 6 stationary roof skylights with 6 solar operated, with blinds, roof windows (once again, another 30% fed tax rebate captured!).
After 12 months and several heavy duty windy rainstorms and drenching downpours, NO LEAKS OR PLUGGED UP RAIN GUTTERS (as a part of their roofing contract they automatically add in gutter covers!)
I'm actually quite proud of myself for having made the choice to go with David. He was the only person I ever had to call in order to find out about anything at anytime on either job,
Truly a one-stop-shop and after a year of making solar energy (PGE now owes me a little money) I could not be happier with both the roof (Rockin' Roofers) and the solar system (Simply Solar) as are both my neighbors.

I chose Rockin' Roofers because of the low quoted price and they could get the job done before the rainy season; they said they were scheduling jobs in early October when I gave them my deposit in August. After hounding them to schedule the job they finally gave me a date in January. That alone should have been breech of contract but the contract in writing didn't say when they could do the work, so my bad for not getting that in writing before paying a deposit.
I had another roofer check out the roof and they said it looks fine, contrary to Rockin' Roofer's inspection results. Another lesson: get multiple inspections, not just quotes for the job.
And of course they refuse to refund my deposit.
Also, the project manager was super green. Every time I called with a question he didn't know the answer. All around this was a pretty bad experience and I definitely would not recommend them.
