After talking to Alan and Patrick, they were able to schedule the repair. On the day of repair Patrick personally came out to do the repair. Reinspected the problem area, came to the same conclusion that their estimated did. I am happy that they were able to remedy our issue and educate me on some thing to do in the future.

My daughter's roof began leaking during the heavy rainfall. She was very concerned as they bought their home a little over a year ago. I called my ""go to"" Mike Speiers at Elite Home Inspections for a referral to a reliable roofer in the Corona. He referred us to Alan Ibarra, Rocket Roofing. Mike assured me Alan was an exceptional roofer and very trustworthy.

My daughter called Alan on Saturday and he was at their property on Monday. He conducted a thorough inspection of their attic and roof. He found where the leak was coming from and repaired it. He advised her to take a picture of the ceiling where the water damage was and after the next rain, should the area look larger, to text him immediately.

Alan exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable roofer. Alan is a first class roofer with very reasonable rates!

I am giving them no stars because it was absolutely terrible working with them. I am surprised because they were recommended by Elite Inspection group, so I thought they'd be good. But they were terrible. First, they came out and only completed half the job. They were going to leave and not say anything, but luckily my husband climbed onto the roof to check their work and saw it was not good. We called and told them they didn't do the job they promised. It took them two days to come back!!

Then, after this latest rain we called them to schedule work because we had a leak. and once they heard we had a warranty on work THEY DID on the roof they ducked our calls! Then, they scheduled two appointments and no-showed for both!! Absolutely horrible. Please avoid them at all costs.

I have a major leak coming from my chimney, which a previous roofing company failed to repair and also ripped me off. I explained all of this to Alan (who I thought was the owner), and how desperate I was to get it properly fixed, because the interior to my home was being ruined by water damage. He assured me that his workers would properly diagnose and repair everything. He came out to the job on the 2nd day as well and convinced me of this. Well, it rained the following day after their work and my living room was completely flooded!! I had to tear out all of my brand new flooring, the fireplace surround and drywall. When I told Alan about this he lagged in his reply and then claimed he was sick, and quit the job and left me totally hanging!! Zero accountability. Didn't even provide photos for anything they had done. Luckily I hadn't paid yet, but that's not the point. (I even had to tell him to stop emailing me invoices.) Apparently, finding competent and honest roofers is extremely difficult. Now I have thousands more in repairs and still have a very bad leak. It's really sad for me to have to write anything negative, but I'm trying to help others from losing so much time and money like I have.

We have our roofing warranty by them and during the past months rain we saw there was a leak from the roof. We called Alan and he gave us the most recent appointment and he was punctual came and fixed the gap that was causing the leakage. I liked his responsiveness. will continue to extend my roofing leakage free warranty from them if they continue to provide great services.
