Robertson Roofing and Siding Inc. has nearly 40 years of experience in the roofing industry. A lot of roofing firms begin in residential settings and typically fail within a few years. If they go under, your workmanship warranty disappears. Your warranty is only as reliable as the company you choose. At Robertson Roofing, we have family members from the second generation working alongside us.
With more than 31 years in the industry, Robertson Roofing & Siding Inc. is a trusted roofing and siding provider. Throughout the years, we have earned a reputation for our honesty and integrity.
Based in Belle Chasse, LA, we provide services across South Louisiana. In 1999, we constructed a 12,500 square foot office and warehouse, demonstrating our dedication to the community. Our recent Florida License acquisition allows us to expand our services into the state of Florida.
Gerard Robertson, our President, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. Devoted to excellence, he has lived and worked on the West Bank of New Orleans his entire life.

Billy K.I called these folks in early December to get a quote on replacing my roof. They said they were really busy with calls and it would be 2 weeks to get someone out to my place in Chalmette. I told them I understood and I wouldnt mind waiting. Come early January I hadnt heard from them so I called them back, and they said ""oh we're going to have someone go out next week to Chalmette, we'll look at it then"". No explanation for why they originally didnt go out. I agreed and a week passed with no one coming. I called them up and they said someone would be going out the next day. This time someone DID actually show up to look at the roof. I had a quote in my email the next day. I had a few questions over the warranty and the mfgr of the shingles so I emailed back to Cindy. It took her 3 days to reply to me to let me know she would talk to the roofers, which she finally did and replied to me. I sent her another message asking when could they start they work and how long would it take. She said she would talk to the roofers to see how far out they were, and then .... nothing. No more replies, no reaching out to check on the quote. I'm not sure what kind of operation they are running but they're completely unprofessional and slow as molasses for anything. I'd recommend looking for another roofer who wants your business, or who has the balls to say 'we have too much work for us to handle right now so we are going to turn down new clients'.
