We needed the roof replaced on my husband's parent's house. The house was in probate since my FiL passed about 10 months ago. We got an estimate from Scott, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We gave an estimate of a date, but weren't sure when the house would be free and clear. We signed one form and they took care of the rest.
We had to move the date a couple times and they were very accommodating with the changes. The house is still in probate, but we couldn't make them wait any longer, so they got us on the books right away and got to work. We needed some extra boards replaced because of damage (we knew it would be needed) and Scott kept us informed the whole time.
Dealing with my husband in and out of the hospital over a 4 month period and also trying to get this done was difficult, but they were so easy to deal with and I never felt I needed to worry about being out there to watch every step of the process. Scott was always available and answered all my questions. They also cleaned up very well. I'd recommend them to anyone needing roof work. And the price was very reasonable. I'm glad I found them.
