Your answer to my review is a sugarcoat over the problem here...and you suggest I might use you in the future ?--- your ""striving for quality"" cost me a home sale, causing us to have to reach out to other lenders who would accept the roof that you installed---what you have here is a failure to maintain quality workmanship--it's a SERIOUS failure, and AGAIN, I'm really pissed !!

My roof was damaged in a very bad hail storm (golf ball size.) My insurance company contracted Robert Binns Roofing to replace my roof. They were very professional and courteous. Toby came out to set everything up with me. Tommy was the job site supervisor and Anthony came out to finalize the paperwork when it was complete. They were quick and efficient when they were here working. All parties involved were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend their roofing company to anyone that needed a new roof or repairs.

I hired Robert Binns Roofing to install a metal roof. The work crew showed up at 1030 the first 2 mornings, then had to rush the last two days to finish. The rake on the roof was mismatched. Cosmetic. I mentioned this and showed it to their sales rep, Anthony Feichtel. He took oics of the trim, noted it on their receipt and promised it would be made right. Out of good faith, I paid them and even shook his hand on his ""promise"" to stand by their work. Gave them the time he asked for, now I get no response to my texts or calls. Had to pick up garbage and bag it myself. Stacked the left over materials and waited a week for them to pick it up. I wanted to support a local company and thought maybe their commercials meant they operated differently than most. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of follow up especially with how much I paid for the job. I didnt even mention to them the hole in the ceiling. I planned on repairing it myself as it is small but now regret not making an issue of it.

We contacted Binn's roofing for a roof that was completed In January of this year. We had their crew out and they completed the work in less than two days, but there were a couple of issues that we needed to have Toby Binns review. He then sent out a fellow(think name was Wayne) who reviewed their worked and didn't like the way the eves drops looked, in that they covered up some nice crown molding that we wanted to see. They next day, this new group came out and removed and replaced all the eves drops that now looked so much better. One of the corners had some damage to the crown molding that after Tony saw he had it nicely repaired for us for no additional cost.

I was very impressed with everything that this fine company did for us and I was very happy with the cost. It seemed very fair. Will use them again.

Installed a new shingle roof replacement roof. Job was completed in 4.5 hours, start to finish. Cost did not exceed the original quote. Contractor did an excellent after job site cleanup. I was unable to find a single nail after they left. Would highly recommend them!!!

Excellent Company ...I've seen 4 other companies do the roofs on my block and they took 3, 4 and 7 days to complete ...Binns finish in 1 day and did an Excellent Job...I really got lucky hiring this company over the others...

This vendor was chosen by my insurance company (American Tradition Insurance) to repair my roof after hurricane Irma. First they were paid by the insurance company, then they would not start work until they got half of my deductible. After getting the deductible it seemed to take them a month for them to deliver the materials to repair the roof. They sent workers who started the work, and the next day they didn't show up. Called company only to find out the workers were illegals and still not completed. Don't use this contractor.
