This company was recommended by a neighbor when the insurance company issued a non-renew unless we replaced our roof. Roberson rushed the job, punctured the a/c coolant line (that they repaired after several 100+ degree days), and the owner only wanted to talk to my husband. The owner also said no problem about not having our financing finalized yet (we were scheduled to close in a few days). The day before closing, Roberson had put a lien on the house so we couldn't close, Roberson wouldn't remove the lien, and the Mr. Roberson denied ever saying anything. Thank goodness the bank was professional about it. The bank said contractors do this kind of thing all the time. k

I made a mistake and I used their competitor in 12/22 for a new roof, so this review is technically for the roof they put on near 20 years ago. I went with the cheaper estimate last month (but wasn't much cheaper ($100)) and hired their competitor and ultimately was dissatisfied with competitor's lack of care in clean up (loads of nails left behind) but mostly because a gas hot water vent pipe was disconnected causing the venting into the house. That competitor would not return my calls and it took a call to Building Inspection to get them to address the issue. I should have used my original roofer, Roberson Roofing. My mistake!

Just had our roof done by Robertson, great process from start to finish. They got the job done in a day, and the property was immaculate after they left. Would highly recommend.

Roberson Roofing was recommended by a friend. These guys were promp,professional and reasonably priced. They got the job done 3 weeks earlier than anticipated.The crew sent out to do the job were awesome. I cannot say a bad or discouraging word. This company is perfect !

BUYER BEWARE. Fraudulent nailing affidavit. Water damage. Fire. Roof did not meet Code. Engineer report directed removing Roberson's faulty workmanship/roof down to the rafters. Think about that. Roberson unresponsive after almost one year.

Avoid Roberson roofing. Installed my roof a few years ago. Roof still under warranty but they will not even schedule a appointment for minor repair. 5 days and no call to even look at it. 4 calls and no appointment. Cant schedule until ""Rick "" tells office lady it is okay. I told the nice office lady I would gladly pay for repair. Still waiting....unprofessional. Find a company that stand by its customers. Nearly 9 thousand dollars and I'm not worth a call.

Like Steve G., we contacted Roberson Roofing after contacting several other companies, some of whom, when they did get around to giving us estimates, gave us pretty outrageous ones.
While we did have to wait for the job to get started due to a back-up related to last year's hurricane (and likely in part due to this company being in demand because of their good reputation), it was worth the wait!
They gave us the best price out there, there was no ""sales"" talk, they were extremely efficient, they cleaned up thoroughly each day, and the owner was out here regularly while the job was getting done. We really appreciated the advice he gave us for one awkward part of our roof. It looks really good, and we are very relieved!
We highly recommend Roberson Roofing. Not sure it gets any better than this.
