07/20: Rob showed up the day after the first contact. He did a thorough job and provided a two-year warranty. I'd hire him again.
02/22: I did hire Rob again. He did not honor his warranty but I paid him again to replace the shingles that blew off my roof. He said he would fix them all. Two days later I found a shingle in my yard. Rob said he would come and fix it but he never showed. He would not take my calls or answer my texts. Now I have to pay someone to do the work I already paid Rob to do. I definitely won't waste my time or money again.

Ron was quick, responsive and reasonable!! I would definitely recommend him. Had my skylights repaired.

Was hired to complete squirrel extraction on roof. I was told both verbally and in writing that the job had a 1 year guarantee. This man ""patched"" up squirrel entries by placing cut up pieces of gutter mesh on supposed areas of entry. The job took a total of 27 minutes and he was paid $275. That should've been my clue that he had no concerns about the quality of his work. Next day, squirrels were back. I contacted him and he responded in timely manner. Came back out added another square of gutter mesh (took a total of 11 min.). Next day , same issue. He refused to answer any text and calls. I have proof that the text were read. After not being able to contact him, I hired another company and they were shocked at what his careless work. They literally could remove the pieces of mesh he put up without tools, because it was not even nailed down. To go further the guy that recommended him had to update his recommendation on the neighbor app, because he started to refuse his calls as well. So apparently this is the way he runs his business. I would be highly cautious using this man, he refuses to answer calls, poor workmanship, and does stand by guarantee. Even though the amount wasn't huge, I'm seriously thinking about small claims court due to the fact I feel taken advantage of. Please be cautious when hiring him!
