Highly recommend RN Palmer Roofing. I love my new roof. The guys were always on time, they cleaned up to make sure the grounds did not have debri from the old roof, respectful and courteous workers. When the inspectors were there, I made it a point to go out and speak to them and they told me the job was done according to code and had no issues to note. The two inspections on different days were both approved. It was fairly priced, work was completed in 1.5 weeks from start to finish. Very happy with the work completed. Thank you.

I do not recommend using RN Palmer Roofing. Their parades of subcontractors are sloppy and cause damage. Also, my new roof leaked.In July of 2020 they stripped my roofing tiles and hastily spread tarps when a rainstorm came through. Their tarps leaked. As a result, I had water damage in two bedrooms and the dining room--rooms which were not damaged initially. In one bedroom, water leaked down to the baseboards, causing them to swell up. RN Palmer took some responsibility for the mishap. They primed and painted the stained bedroom ceiling and we moved on.
In October, after the job was finished and paid for, the new roof leaked. The project supervisor, David Barzola, climbed into my attic and reported that he didn't see anything. I pointed out the drywall in the bedroom which was deformed and registered 33% on a moisture meter. (Yes, that is an abnormally high percentage.) David said, ""Moisture is not water,"" and insisted that the roof was good. Eventually a subcontractor named Fernando arrived and sent his wife up on the roof with a garden hose. He went into the attic and found a leak. Although it was finally repaired, I now have drywall and insulation that are damaged and need to be replaced.
Also, I had to call my pest control guy because RN Palmer had failed to replace a section of fascia board which was infested with termites. He inspected the roofing job and pointed out that the roofer had left multiple gaps which would permit rats to enter the attic. I sealed those myself.
I communicated these issues to RN Palmer through a comment on one of their Facebook Ads. RN Palmer replied that they take these issues very seriously, but never reached out to me after posting that reply.
Many of my neighbors have had their roofs replaced by other companies and none of them have had problems like these. There are a lot of other roofers who can do a better job.

I highly recommend R.N. Palmer's Roofing Company. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and got the job done for a very fair price! The owner, Robert, made himself available by phone, expertly navigated the homeowners' association requirements, and kept me updated throughout the process. They were even able to move projects around to fit me in on short notice. It was a very positive experience.
