We have a concrete tile roof about 20 years old . I noticed a leak in my daughters room, that wasn't too bad but left a pretty good water stain after the last good rain we had . I called Ralph, the owner of RM roofing . He came out and did a thorough free inspection of my roof. There were quite a few issues that needed attention . 12 to 15 tile replacements ,one of the tiles had a fairly large hole in it ,which caused the leak . The other tiles simply had cracks which ultimately cause leaks if left un-intented over time. Ralph also fixed and colored any vents that needed attention along with rain cutter cleaning . The best part about Ralph was the price which was fair for his time and the material used . Ralph also stands by his work .

Ralph came by right away to check our leak and found some other things that needed to be done. He took pictures so he could show me what the problems were. He sent us a proposal which was reasonable price We scheduled a day shortly thereafter for the work to be done and he and his brother showed up on the scheduled day. He fixed everything and then took more pictures to show the work. Did a very professional job.

Ralph came to our house last week for and estimate and haven't heard from him ever since. I sent him a text and messaged him here on yelp, nothing. We needed an estimate for a complete new roof and another for just the repairs for leaks we have. He said we would have our estimate the next day. I waited until the next day, and actually texted him that night. Then I waited another day to yelp message him and no one still has gotten back to me.
