These guys showed up at my front door at 7:20 within 29 minutes they were set up and started removing the old roof...by 10:40 they had all the old roof off and by 4:30 pm they rolled away from the job. My yard looked better than it did before they started, after the cleanup. The owner (Robbie) was very honest and fair with my quote...one of his associates (Chris) followed up with me the next morning to make sure all was to my standards.. Our roof was leaking after heavy rains and we knew we were long overdue for a new roof or repair work. However, we procrastinated reaching out to roofing companies as we collected rain water in rubbermaid containers. We really did not know where to begin and who would be trustworthy. We did not want a dishonest contractor to take our money and run as we had heard horror stories.

We happened to have noticed RLK replacing several roofs on one street in the older section of our neighborhood. We figured repeat business amongst neighbors must be a good sign that RLK was trustworthy to do a good job. We stopped to get Jeff Ross's card. Jeff is an insurance specialist and gave us a free inspection and estimate. When our insurance adjuster came out, Jeff was there to have the ladder set up and walk the roof with him. Our home got approved for a new roof and Jeff promptly got the ball rolling within the week to get a new roof installed! No more rubbermaid rain water collection containers for us!
Jeff's crew was friendly, and clean!!! They draped liners all around our home, including the swimming pool! Not only did we receive a beautiful new roof in two days, you also could not tell on day 3 we even had an old roof removed! They cleaned up our yard thoroughly and had a tool that would find all the nails in our shrubs and surrounding area.
Jeff stayed on site the entire time. He returned and was on site two weeks later when the painter came to paint over ceiling water marks (also included in price). Speaking of price, Jeff worked with our Homeowners insurance company and got us the lowest out of pocket deductible, which kept reducing each time we would speak to Jeff about the progress! He really was there to make our roofing experience be the best it could be and FAR from the horror stories we have heard about other roofing companies.

This is my first house and after hurricane Harvey I had to replace my roof RLK did an awesome job answering all my questions. I had no idea what the process entailed they made sure to answer all of my questions, offered a great warranty on the roof, and followed up with me after my roof was replaced to make sure there was no issues. My insurance company is fairly new and was difficult to get a hold of regarding estimates etc but RLK took care of all of that for me. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
