Used to be 5 stars. Changing to 1. Sections of my roof that are only 4 years old are starting to lose their granules and I also have a leak on a section of roof that got ""new 15 year elastomeric coating"".

These kind of things happen but when I contacted the owner twice, he has promised to stop by and check and instead doesn't show up. It's definitely a bummer because I was very happy with them in install. (In addition, after making some other minor repairs, they never touched up the paint issues after the initial inspection report)

The team at RL Roofing Systems were professional, courteous and they ran the entire project on time. I had my mother in-law coming to stay with us on a Friday and the team worked extra hours to make sure the house was finished and cleaned up for her stay. They were able to guide me through the entire process when it came to replacing my roof and also when dealing with the insurance company for supplemental issues. I have already recommended them to two of my friends/acquaintances and it looks like they've also had the same wonderful experience.
