Marcelino gave a prompt quote and then was both patient and flexible as our simple roof replacement turned into something more complex. We ended up using R & L for a flat roof replacement (TPO), metal roof fabrication and install, and custom gutter installation...all at a challenging cliffside property. All aspects of our interaction with R&L were handled promptly, accurateIy, and to a high quality standard. Adjustments called for after initial delivery were quickly responded to and without question. I cannot recommend R & L strongly enough.

They used full sheets of metal on our roof (42') where as all the others we consulted wanted to use 2 sheets which would require overlapping. We live 430 miles from our warehouse and made the trip to be sure it was done properly but wouldn't have needed to. They were totally honest, skilled and completed it in a short time even returning after the job was completed and paid for to tighten the screws once the insulation had settled. We remain impressed and pleased.
