The roof on my house looks real good. The workmanship is all good. I'm sure that any of the thee companies I got quotes from would have done as well. They require a 1/3 deposit prior to doing the work, which none of the other companies required. After putting the deposit down, I was told a job site manager would contact me within three to four business days which didn't happen. I had to contact my sales rep. Who went on vacation. The Irony is I had expressed to the rep I needed the job completed before the end of June because of planned vacation travel in July. Needless to say had to cancel my plans. Work started in July took 2 day instead of 1. The workers badly damaged patio chairs which will cost $400 to replace. Rep took pics saying he would get back to me. To date he has not contacted me or returned my text. BTW they were the highest of the three company bids. Top $ doesn't insure top service that's for sure!
