I originally wrote a good review for them, but have to recind that review because they were all about the sales and no service.

Elijah or the main office will not return my calls. I'm very sad especially since Elijah lives three doors down from me. They get new roofs approved by doing a replacement test. Having one of their roofers go up and video that replacing shingles would hurt the roof more than help it.

Post roof install, our skylight has to be replaced and it never leaked. Now I have to pay 2,000 plus replace the skylight. I even invited them to give me a quote for the job and they didn't even have the decency to call me back with a quote for the new install of a skylight after they got 21,000 from my insurance co. Which by the way, ASI (Progressive) dropped me after the install of the roof.

So now I am paying much higher homeowner rates and have to pay for a new skylight.

Stay far away from them. No service, only in it for the sale. Very, Very sad.

RJS Roofing and Construction - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. Representative ELIJAH (VERY NICE YOUNG MAN) came by my house about roof inspection. After asking Elijah a few basic questions about the company and how long they have been in business (as I was NOT interested in a 'fly by night' /opportunistic company to go up on my roof) I was truly curious as to if I had anything going on up on my roof. It's been years since it was replaced. I just wated an honest assessment of what /if anything, was going on up there. Elijah stated they would inspect the roof and contact ins. company to make claim if appropriate.

Elijah presented me with results of inspection saying roof had much damage, wind and hail and definitely needed replacement. said I was definitely getting a new roof. (oh 'yAY...cuz a new roof is so thrilling ,right?....but if it needs it .then it needs it.) and he did file a claim with my ins, American Family via a 3 way call over the phone. Am Fam scheduled their inspection also, which is the norm. they need to conform and make the estimate of how much it will cost to repair. Elijah really wanted himself, or someone else from the company to be out here when the inspector came, but the inspector showed up unexpectedly after having missed the original appt he had sceduled a couple days earlier. Insurance adjuster inspected the roof and the vinyl siding of the house. The insurance inspector/adjusters findings were not in agreement with what Elijah had stated they had found. Am Fam determined that I have $400 worth of 'damages' .at best. My roof is FINE! I have vinyl siding that the wind has lifted off the one side of the house.Elijah had reached out to me by phone asking if the inspectors report had been completed.I emailed it to him. Haven't heard from them since. Complete lack of professionalism.
What I am most disturbed by is that they falsely lead you to believe you need a new roof... I do not take filing a claim with my insurance company lightly. Not at all. Not in todays economic climate. This had better not have any negative implications as far as the cost of my future insurance coverage costs going up because I 'filed a claim'. A claim that didn't need to be filed.
I had never heard of this company before. now i will never forget it.
note To Self: NEVER call on this company in the future. They are out to make a dollar and nothing more. An HONEST roofing business would have told me.'You're roof still has alot of life in it , please consider calling us in the event you have concerns about your roof in the future.' Deceptive business tactics.

RJS Roofing and Construction - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. Representative Isaiah came to my door about roof replacement. Stated they would inspect the roof and contact ins. company to make claim if appropriate.
Isaiah presented me with results of inspection saying roof had much damage, wind and hail and needed replacement and he did file claim with my ins, Farmers. Farmers scheduled their inspection also and to meet Isaiah and myself at the house to go over inspection. Isaiah did not show up and did not communicate with anyone that he would not be able to make it. This negatively affected the process and Isaiah did nothing more. Never saw him again. Farmers inspected and said roof was fine. Due to no contact by Isaiah the case was closed. Isaiah never contacted me again. Complete lack of professionalism.
