BUYER BEWARE is right!!

Couldn't ask for anything less!!! I have a valid warranty and a leaking roof. They wouldn't return several calls from me concerning my leak until I had my wife call and leave a message that we were a new customer. Lo and behold, they came out the next day to give us a quote. When he came, I showed him my valid warranty and he said, ""Oh great, you have a warranty!"" He pretended to measure something and let me know they'd be back tomorrow to take care of it. That was months ago, and yet again, no returned phone calls.

I'm a contractor, and unfortunately, it's companies like RJ Chambers that give contractors a bad name. Always remember, a warranty is only worth as much as the company standing behind it.

Mr RJ Chambers agreed to fix our roof for $575 on July 20th on Aug 10th, 2015 he stated after an hr work the leak was fixed. We asked if he water tested the roof and stated he didn't need too. The heavy rain day our roof leaked again, exactly the same place. After calling several times a week, Mr Chambers showed up to look at the additional rain damaged, stated he would be back to repair and now has not returned any phone calls and seems to have refused to return to fix the leak that he never fixed properly nearly 6 month ago.. He even wrote there was a one year warranty. What a joke!!! We are asking him to return the $575 dollars he basically stole, so we can hire a real roofer to fix our roof before the rainy season starts and my daughter room becomes moldy.

BUYER BEWARE!

RJ Chambers was referred to me. So I called him and he made an appointment to come to my home at 6 PM the very same day for a new tile roof estimate. I waited for him and then called him on his cell phone at 6:45 PM. He never showed and never called me back. You can just imagine RJ was unprofessional when trying to get a new roof job what if RJ did the work and you needed warranty work done you would never get help.

P.S. His addressed upon search are all wrong he actually is divorced now and lives in Wellington.
