A few weeks ago I was visiting the Orlando area and had a run in with Tony from Rizzo Roofing. I wasn't familiar with the area and made a right hand turn at a red light. The road was semi obstructed with trees but I didn't see any cars coming. After turning and looking in my rearview mirror Tony and his van were so close to my car (he had to be traveling so fast) I was worried he would hit me. I sped up and actually felt bad for about a second. He then proceeded to remain so close to my car for almost 2 miles that I couldn't even see the front of his van. My GPS told me to turn right at the next light. I looked in my mirror and started to merge apparently Tony was turning too and seemed to get even more mad. After turning he sped up beside me and was hanging out of his van from the waist up and was screaming and pointing at me. He continued to hang out of his van for a least a mile screaming at me as we passed under many stop lights before he turned into an addition. Maybe I should have waited for the light to turn green but there wasn't a no turn on red sign and if he was traveling at a normal speed there shouldn't have been any issues. As a homeowner he is the last person I would want at my home. The way he kept his van next to mine that last mile screaming at me was so unprofessional and intimating. Don't hire this company. He is not a man I would want at my home for any reason.

They installed our roof in 2016 and we had a leak. I have called them two times (June 3 and June 11) and left messages that they need to come and look at it and fix a leak. The owner, Tony, called me and gave me his cell phone number should I have any other issues. He immediately came out, found the problem and fixed it.

At the end of warranty, had a roof leak caused by solar panel guys, no fault of the roofers, they came out, next morning, and fixed it under warranty even though it wasnt their fault. Tony Rizzo does the right thing, they will always be my first choice and recommendation. Your shopping will be finished with him. Nobody better.

Do not hire this company. The owner hires incompetent workers who are not trained and not supervised which resulted in a roof which was not only visually noticeable but structurally deficient.
The owner finally visited the property 5 months after the roof was supposedly completed.
It is hard to believe this company is still open.

Rizzo roofing really puts the ""con"" in contractor. Got a quote 2 years ago then another after Irma price difference of 3,000. Furthermore the high pressure assignment of benefits spiel is a set of lies. I know they are lies because I called my insurance company, my attorney, and a public adjuster friend who told me this guy is flat out lying to you to get your insurance claim.

Rizzo roofing replaced my roof in March 2017. You could see the poor workmanship and I questioned it everyday. None of the crew spoke English. They replaced parts of the edge strip as it wasn't cut correctly and they used two different widths. The shingles were torn and uneven hanging over the edges. Tar everywhere. The final inspection came and it failed miserably. So many code violations. Tony Rizzo came and tried to repair it with his best crew but they left after half a day as they had a party to go to and left mid job. After that I refused them on my property and got an independent inspector who informed me that the whole roof needed to replaced again. With the 5 attempts Rizzo had tried to resolve the issues and the traffic on the roof it took 5-8yrs of life off my new shingles. A horrendous time.

Rizzo Roofing was hired to repair our roof, but it continues to leak. We called the sales person, George, for help with the situation. He stated that he no longer sells for them and to contact Tony Rizzo directly. We have left numerous messages for him, but he has yet to return our calls. We are going to have to take this to the next level, which is unfortunate. It could have been easily resolved by returning our calls and honoring their contract.

After having 2 properties roofs replaced by Rizzo, I completely regret the experience. My first property they called me and said I had two roofs on the house and the needed to remove both, which meant more $. I came home climbed on the roof and there was only one roof, they back pedalled and after waiting an hour the owner Tony came to my house and was aggressive and very rude. He and the sales person had a screaming match in my front yard... most unprofessional behavior ever! Second property which I already signed the contract in or I would have cancelled it took them 3.5 weeks to remove the dumpster after multiple phone calls. It's a shame because their crews did great work, but the owner is a nightmare and doesn't care about hto s customers, he just wants a check!
