Tony S.Rivera's Home Improvement was hired to repair water damaged areas in our home. This included replacing wall board, tiles, carpet, and painting of two rooms. The work was excellent and completed ahead of schedule and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be using their services again.

We hired Elvis in October for our home remodel. The remodel was to be completed in 2 months. Here we are at the end of March and our home is far from complete. We have given Elvis 3 draws for materials, fixtures and labor and he has not purchased what was supposed to be purchased.
We have asked for a breakdown of purchases and he has not provided anything. His workers are unqualified and incompetent. He does not supervise his workers and rarely shows up. He has abandoned the project without purchasing what was agreed upon and expected.
We have the email and text stating he was to purchase fixtures, cabinets and flooring with the last draw which was given to him on December 27th and he did not.
We have given him the opportunity to finish project but he abandoned it. I have all proof he is a FRAUD!
Our home is no where to being finished and we will be suing him and his business.
He is a PIECE OF SHIT!
