There are few perks to being a homeowner/landlord. Having to repair a roof is definitely not one. Having to repair 2 roofs at the same time was rough. Lucky for me I came across Emilio. He was punctual for (both) estimates and very thorough and knowledgeable. I hired him to do both roofs. He did not disappoint. No more leaks and his quote was reasonable. I don't expect any leaks anytime soon, but I'd definitely hire him again!

I called Rivera Roofing on Friday morning for a leak inspection. Emillo Sr. came to inspect the roof at the same day. The next day he came back with the new tiles and got the broken tile fixed. Emillo gave me a good deal. He is very professional and knowledgable. I will definitely call him again if I have additional roof work to do. I highly recommend Rivera Roofing.
