In the terrible storms in early 2023, my roof leaked badly into the kitchen. I called so many roofing companies and most didn't even bother to call back and those that did assured me it would be a long wait and tried to gouge me to do the repair.
Thankfully, somebody gave me Emilio Jr.'s number and he was very responsive. He came out very soon thereafter and fixed the leak himself. The fee he charged was significantly less than any of the others who would even give me a bid.
That was worth 5 stars to me and that is why I called them to do the whole roof last month.
They are a family owned company and I met Emilio Sr., his brother, Emilio Jr. and their wonderful crew. Their price was less than I expected and they worked very hard to squeeze me in before the heavy rains started.
They did a beautiful job, were polite, respectful, helpful and worked very hard. There was no loud music and less noise than I feared. They cleaned up after each day. They stayed until the job was finished.
They stood behind everything they promised and did a beautiful job. I feel very fortunate to have had them do the job.

There are few perks to being a homeowner/landlord. Having to repair a roof is definitely not one. Having to repair 2 roofs at the same time was rough. Lucky for me I came across Emilio. He was punctual for (both) estimates and very thorough and knowledgeable. I hired him to do both roofs. He did not disappoint. No more leaks and his quote was reasonable. I don't expect any leaks anytime soon, but I'd definitely hire him again!
