I would absolutely recommend this company for your roofing needs. They do awesome work and the work is done in a timely manner. They definitely get the job done. Everyone we encountered from beginning to the job done was friendly and helpful.

We were in need of getting a new roof done and then we discovered this company. This company came to give us an estimate. Which was a good price for a new roof. After a couple of days went by and we signed the contract. We received a phone call and we were told it would be thousands of more dollars because we needed additional materials. When they arrived to do the job at least 15 people jumped on top of our roof all at once and caused major damage to our laundry room area. They also left nails and trash all over our yard (which we stepped on a lot nails in the yard). We were very disappointed in the whole experience of these guys doing our roof.

Unprofessional! Never again! Lady in the office was rude! I hired a different company that had no problem getting out to my house on time and even gave an ETA on the way out. The lady in the office did not know her head from her rear. They don't even know what's going on with their own people. I guess when they heard insurance they thought the sale was in the bag.

After hurricane Matthew, I had a small leak in my roof. Joe came over, found the source of the leak, and scheduled me in quickly for the repair - even with the influx of hurricane requests. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient. After, they cleaned up the site and checked the area for any stray roofing nails. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Even the invoicing was a simple process. It is nice to know that in a crisis you have someone reliable to count on.

First call to RVR, didn't need to call anywhere else. The estimator Joe was on time and efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thankfully they were able to get a tech out in a few days to address the leak from the storm damage (multiple shingles damaged, water leaked in through the attic crawl space and damaged the tray ceiling). The repair tech Alan was punctual as well, and completed all repairs as requested. If you have any roofing needs, call this team!!

The reason I gave them a chance due to the great ratings here but there are only two so I should of been concerned. These are probably family members or friends. I spent over $1500 last November for a roof repair. When the roof repair was complete, I figured it would be sound and at least be good for a least a year. I mean I have a roof on my house installed over 15 years ago from another company an no leaks. So you would think repair would last more than a year. So the repair was in a valley of the addition added to my house. The replaced the valley so the one area stopped linking, but now since they replaced it after a good rain, I have another leak. Their workman ship for a roof is great so long as it doesn't rain, if it rains the roof is no good. So, now I have a brand new leak because caused by the valley they installed I feel improperly because the leak wasn't that bad in that area before they installed it. After the repairs I spent $500 to have everything re dry walled, last year it was a total waste because the leak is back and the dry wall is gone. The workman ship is faulty. I called them to have them come out to at least look at it and give a price. I had to work but I left my back door unlocked and gates open all day so they can check it, but they never bothered. When I called, I was promised someone would come out today, but now they are not sure. And When I said I assumed everything had a year warranty. Everyone else that I have had worked on my house, plumbers, siding, electricians, it's a year warranty on parts and labor automatically it's Florida law. It's even listed in the page for the Florida Senate section 718.203 construction is to have a year on parts and labor. All the representative could say is I will be happy to resend your contract with the estimate I'll be happy to resend it. Like to rub my nose in it. A business that cares about happy clients would still come out to look at it to fix it, and at least at a reasonable price, but no. They don't know when they can come out although I was assured someone would come out today. Hello am I wrong after you spend $1500 on roof repair and it's 10 months later after a good rain it's leaking again, a company would stand by their work. I would never hire them to replace a whole roof. $1500 was an expensive price to pay to learn how this company is, don't gamble fifteen thousand on a roof. These Big star ratings are obviously family and friends

If you want your roof to take 2 weeks to complete, never know when the hell anyone will show up to work on it, be treated as if your roof is merely a part-time, when they get around to it, type job, tell you it's done when the cap isn't even on, supplies are all over the roof and driveway, there is a hole large enough for a raccoon and its brood to nest in, and gutter is hanging, and THEN charge YOU a ""late fee"" within 2 business days of actual completion, then I'm certain you'll be impressed. They only invoiced me and told me the job was done TWO times, before it was, in fact, completed. Thankfully, I had a buddy who could climb a ladder and check.

Oh how I wish I could post photos here, but I'm sure I'll find a place where I can. In summary, if you'd like to be held hostage by a roofing company, choose these guys. If you'd like a relatively seamless 2-3 day re-roofing, choose ANYONE ELSE. I thought I did my due diligence. I thought not letting price dictate my choice made sense. Go with the cheapest guys you can get. At least, your expectations will be more proportionate with their potential work ethic.

Used this roofing company to repair a leak. They had someone check my roof in a timely manner and guided me on their process to getting the issue solved. The are licensed and insured which is good to know when dealing with companies in the construction business.
