I had My roof done in July last year. In November there was heavy rain and there are 6 water leaks in every room and My garage have the worst one to were the roof fall in. I call those guys back outo twice. They kept saying it's fix. No its not and every room there's a bubble where the water is just sitting there. All my ceilings are messed up. They not answering My calls...$5000 worth of nothing. But God will take care of Them...

I purchased a new roof from Rite-Way Roofing for $4000.00 on 9/29/17. One vent never rotated. After months it was finally replaced with the wrong vent that still doesn't rotate! Early this week I was told it's because the vent is under a tree branch and does not receive any wind to turn it! Now what? I don't know! The V.P. of the company will not respond to the technician's diagnosis! $4000.00! I will never recommend this company to anyone!

This company is paying telemarketers to call random numbers in (at least) the 682 area code.

I'm on the no-call list, and I've gotten at least one call every day from them for months, offering a free roof inspection. Every time they claim they've removed me from the list, nothing changes.

Rite Way has installed roofs on three different properties for me and I have been very pleased with the quality of the work and the professional manner in which they have dealt with me. They quote reasonable rates and they do the installations in a timely manner. When I saw one thing that needed to be changed, they were quick to do exactly what I asked. Over all, I am very pleased with them and would definitely call them again.

I hired these guys to put a new roof on my patio. The rain gutters were attached to the roof under the the shingles. When they put on the new roof, they neglected to reattach the rain gutter brackets under the new roofing. Nor did they tell me what they were doing, so I could arrange to have someone else install the rain gutter Instead they attached the rain gutters to the house with nails. Part of the rain gutter eventually fell off. Very shoddy workmanship.

I called to see if they could get someone to come out and take a look and see if they could fix it. The guy that came out gave me the run around and said I should call someone who installs rain gutters. Not happy. Also, they put a new roof on my neighbors house It was on for less than five years and he had to replace it recently.
