RISE Roofing rocks! I was doing some researches on Yelp a few days after hurricane Beryl blew off some shingles from my roof. Yelp sent my request to several different companies, but RISE Roofing was the ONLY company left me the impression of respect, service oriented and transparency with seasonable pricing. Ella, the representative who contacted me showed great deal of knowledge, courtesy and on top of her business. I will definitely considering them to replace my whole roof in a year or so, and for those who are considering to get a small repair done on the roof, do contact RISE Roofing for a quote. No job is too small for them, they get it fix on time and will show you before & after photos. Other companies might have more reviews, but their attitudes (asked the scope of work and your contact info then didn't hear from them since) and pricing are way off IMHO.

First off, I was impressed with Rise Roofing's marketing skills, we have a 3 story townhome and it was difficult to tell if we had any damage from the recent storms. Rise roofer provided a drone image of our roof and left it on our door. We were going in circles with our insurance company and so we decided to just get a quote from Rise. After comparing quotes with our neighbors, we found that Rise had the lowest quote. Since it was difficult to deal with the insurance company, let alone it would take them awhile to approve it, we decided to pay out of pocket since there were more storms in the forecast. We worked with Brad and he was AMAZING. He walked us through the insurance process as it was our first time putting in a claim and had no idea what to do. Since we decided to move forward with paying out of pocket, Brad was still communicative even after getting our business. Everyday he called us to give us a status update on the process. They replaced our roof by end of business. Brad was also onsite to make sure the job was being done. We would recommend Rise again and again, which we have... ask the 5 neighbors on our street.

Rise Roofing replaced the roof jacks I purchased. They were prompt and patient. the staff was polite and respectful. They were able to successfully get the job done. The back end staff was polite and communicative. Everything went as planned. I would recommend.
