Doug was responsive and remained in good contact throughout the entire project. His guys ripped out the old roof in one day, and quickly installed the new roof over the next two. Hard working crew. He came by for the final review and spent a few minutes surveying our yard for stray screws and roof scraps, picking up whatever he saw. Would recommend 100%.

I lagged in getting my roof replaced which caused more damage.I asked around and found a few friends that said Riparetti roofing was great. Doug and the crew (especially his dog) came in as budgeted and in great time. Clean up was perfect and I just finished my first rain. not a drip. Couldn't ask for a better job.

I was not happy with the way my roof looked. Also I was charged an extra $310.00 aside from the thousands I paid for the roof. Riparetti Roofing picked that time to replace my roof. I had a master carpenter prepare the roof it took one extra day. Then Riparetti called and said it was suppose to rain for 1 hour the next day and he would not be responsible for any rain damage. To make a long story short he sent a couple workers to paper my roof and charged me extra money for something he had to do anyways. Plus instead of putting L on the corners for the flashing they cut right were the corners meet. Lucky I had someone point it out. They came back and fixed something that should've been common knowledge for a roofer!!!

I called on Doug for a quote for my home and, although other quotes came in less/more/around the same, I was impressed by his professionalism. He showed up on time, whereas one guy didn't show up at all!

His team came out and did a great job ripping out my wood shake roof and replacing it with a comp asphalt shingle within a few days with little issue.

When it came time to put a roof on my new home, I didn't bother calling anyone else for bids since Doug and his crew did such a great job the 1st time.

By the way, all the dealings with Doug were by me, a female, but I feel I was treated fairly from the get-go. Having worked with contractors in a lot of fields and several projects, if I get the feeling I'm being treated unfairly, I move on. I never got that from Doug and trust him completely for any other roofing jobs that may come up.
