This owner promised me that my house would be left in the same condition it was in when they started to replace my roof but it was not and now several months later they do not respond to my messages asking when they are going to come back and fix my rain gutters that they left bent and missing the leafguards. We paid them a ton of money for all the work they did on my roof. They had no respect for my garden, and the landscape borders or the rain gutters. It makes me wonder what my roof looks like underneath the shingles. I'm so upset even after giving them tens of thousands of dollars. I'm going to have to pay to have some of the leafguards in our gutters replaced. Very dishonest!!

We had them replace our roof after Harvey in 2017 with 30- year shigles. But as with other comments they were pushy to started before we got our claim from the insurance. They were timely on the install and just left a few nails that resulted in tire repairs. The roof looked good and we went with the shingles they recommended. In 2023, we started having moisture leaking into the walls in several places in our house, and with 5 call attempts to get Rios out to look at the probelms we got no response. We finally accepted we had to go with someone else or our house might get worse. I would consider anyone else since they have shown little interest in following up with a previous customer.

Called this company to give them a chance to come change my shingles and do some repair on my roof they answer but never came called them like 3 times and never came called another company in the area and they were their in 2 hrs and was doing work the next day @ 0700 am as they stated please dont waste pepole time thank you

Work that was done was ok but the employees don't care how they leave the site each day. Was told they would put tarps all around the house well that didn't do a thing. The owner will try to up sale you big time. I would not use them again.

The crew just finished and our roof is beautiful. They arrived actually earlier than expected and that's ok we are early risers. They cleaned the yard and beds beyond our expectations. Covered our pool so mess in the pool. The owner was onsite several times a day checking on the job. I would highly recommend Rios Roofing. Ours is the third house they've roofed on our street and we've all been very pleased with the outcome.

The work turned out fine, but the experience was terrible. The owner had to have been in the used car business prior to this! The actual contractors doing the work were fine, and finished pretty quickly though!
