The crew just finished and our roof is beautiful. They arrived actually earlier than expected and that's ok we are early risers. They cleaned the yard and beds beyond our expectations. Covered our pool so mess in the pool. The owner was onsite several times a day checking on the job. I would highly recommend Rios Roofing. Ours is the third house they've roofed on our street and we've all been very pleased with the outcome.

The work turned out fine, but the experience was terrible. The owner had to have been in the used car business prior to this! The actual contractors doing the work were fine, and finished pretty quickly though!

Good at what they do,BUT extremely pushy!! Will talk you into extra work you aren't ready for and say he'll tote the note interest free! What he doesn't tell you is he will hound you be the bill constantly! Four or five times a week, if he's not set up for financing please stop getting folks to go beyond their plans!!! It's is interest free but his hounding is intolerable!!! I can not recommend his business practices, especially for older retirees!!!! Please don't get caught up in his high pressure sells tactics!!

Very disappointed in Rios Roofing. Trying to overlook the fact that they kept putting our job off. We scheduled them to do a new roof before the storm. They would say they were coming and would not show up. This went on for weeks. I finally called office and got a firm date. Was to take a 1-2 days. It took them 21/2-3 days. That was ok, even though I had to schedule my time for this. The problem came on the last day when Mr. Rios told my husband that he would be charging us an extra $1,000.00. We had a firm contract and materials taken of before storm. He tried to blame it on cost of items going up. The roofers had dumped all of our plants and patio furniture in middle of yard, on top of flower bed, etc. I asked if they would please replace my patio items on porch, and he told me not unless I paid him $1,000.00 more. I asked for a copy of our warranty and he said that he had to leave. I have not been provided any warranty or given any paper work on work that was done. I used them because they were local and I thought I would have a company that cared about our community like I do. I was wrong. Mr. Rios was very rude to me, and very unprofessional. I would not recommend using this company.

We have a three year old house. The roof got a leak and we called rio's to come take a look. The owner said no problem and he would come out the next evening. That rolled around and nothing. Tried calling him a dozen more time and would leave a voice mail to no avail. If he did not want to do the job he should have said so at the get go. I would not recommend him for this reason.

The quality of the re-roofing was done poorly. Several issue's with flashing not placed in the proper place. The roofing nails were the wrong type and popped up. Several issues and the owner did not honor his work. They didn't clean up after the job was done. I would not recommend them for any future jobs.
