DAMAGES FROM THIS COMPANY AND NOW THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS.
I previously had good experiences with this company. However, the last time they were here, they broke off a piece of roof trim to do a color match for paint. I have been waiting months for them to come back to do the work. Now we realized there is a leak under where they broke the trim off and we have damage to the ceiling under it. And worst of all, it looks like this COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS which means that clearly they are not going to fix what they broke off and they are not going to take care of the damages resulting from what they did. SO FRUSTRATED!!' The worker had assured me that breaking off that small piece of trim was not going to cause any problems.

I know my review is pointless since they appear to be out of business right now. But, if they ever reopen, please beware.

I have been working with Jeremy Sanchez at Rio Blanco Roofing Restoration since November of last year on a wind storm roof claim with USAA. Because I am long distance, I found Jeremy through his high reviews on Yelp and I can certainly see why he came so highly recommended. We currently live in Phoenix but own a second home in San Antonio. After a hail/wind storm in the fall, our home showed signs of roof damage. I contacted Jeremy from Phoenix and he went over that day to determine the extents of damage done to our roof. Jeremy has been kind, courteous, and repeatedly helpful with helping us through the entire process for our roof claim. He gives very quick responses through texting and literally assisted us every step of the way. I cannot say enough great things about his level of customer service. He is outstanding to work with.

Brett and his work partner were great to work with. Professional, courteous, on time each work day, and kept us appraised of the work done and any unforeseen issues that were not disclosed in the initial inspection. Quality of work done to repair leak around our chimney and interior repairs from leak was quality craftsmanship. I highly recommend Rio Blanco Roofing.

Hector was exceptional with his service in taking care of my roof. He explained everything from start to finish and was able to put me at ease with the whole project. Hector sent me before and after pictures and called and kept me abreast of what was happening everyday. I truly feel that Rio Blanco has a great person working for them. Hector assured me even after the project was completed he would do a annual check on the roof. I truly believe there is a reason why this company has high ratings, because of the people like Hector who take the time to give exceptional service.

I suspected my chimney was the cause of a leak when I noticed a water mark on the adjoining ceiling. I called several roofers but I guess the job was too small for them to respond to. Then I read about Rio Blanco Roofing and Restoration and contacted them because of their excellent reviews and Restoration on their title. Chuck answered the phone, and he was attentive to my concern. Jeremy was here the very next day to assess the chimney. He took several detailed photos to show me where the water might be entering. I had no idea there were so many! He promptly sealed all of them and showed me the after photos. Awesome! Jeremy was at all times professional, punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. There is simply no price to pay for honesty and integrity.
I highly recommend Rio Blanco Roofing! He also initiated a referral for a gutter company as I'm in dire need of that too. I know they'll do an excellent job of that as well. I now have peace of mind thanks to them. Call them for any roofing need you might have.

I had the pleasure of working with John Showman and I cannot overstate how incredible his customer service skills are. I was very stressed and overwhelmed about the repairs that would be needed at my home and John could not have been more patient, more polite, or more supportive. He took the time to listen to what was going on and answered all of my questions clearly and concisely so that by the end of our first conversation I felt so much more prepared to move forward with getting my house back to normal. John was a God send during such a scary time and he even took time out of his schedule to do a follow up call with me and check in to see how things were progressing. I cannot recommend John highly enough and I will forever be grateful for his guidance, expertise, and above all else kindness! Thank you John!!

Chuck came out to do an inspection and give an estimate on a new metal roof for me today. He was on time, super friendly and very quick with getting down to business. I know that some areas of my roof have been leaking, and I pointed out my areas of concern to him. Amazingly, after his inspection he informed me that the roof is actually in really good shape and does not need to be replaced for at least another few years. He said that the leaks I have can be remedied with some basic maintenance, and that their company offers a maintenance plan so that they can come back and fix everything up. THE MAINTENANCE PLAN IS FREE!!! I could not believe it. They did not try to sell me a roof I don't need, and they are going to come back out and fix the small issues I have without charging me a cent... These guys have made a customer for life!
