This company is awesome I called and spoke to Timothy Riley-sons roofing schedule an appointment and he showed up on time with a great quote so I had his company do the job he had my house roofed in a day and a half and then I talked to him about siding and this great company was able to do all the siding and he'll they even painted house theirs nothing this company can't do I've used them repeatedly on other houses this company is AWESOME I cannot sing there praises enough thank you and all your great guys Timothy you guys are awesome thank you again

Wow. These guys are so awesome. I interviewed 5 contractors over about a one year period. They were either rude, arrogant, clueless, outrageously expensive or communication was non existent. When I met with Timothy I had 3 major sticking points. I HATED the 3 set of sliding glass doors, I wanted all of the existing and new window openings retrofitted for hard wired shades (NOT an easy task) and the number 1 was COMMUNICATION! This is our weekend home so I couldn't be in front of them every day. No problem. They set me up on BuilderTrend that they updated every day and the project manager Cuyler, literally called or texted me every day, sometimes more than once and very often with face time. Other than the change orders I made and a few unexpected issues (the House was built in 1971 and had already been renovated 2 other times) we stayed pretty well in budget. There were some pretty serious hiccups with electrical and a couple of other issues (as stated, the house had already been renovated before) but Timothy and Cuyler and Chris didn't dig for excuses, they dug for remedies. These guys actually LISTENED to me and saw my vision. This house is exactly what I had seen in my mind. I would HIGHLY recommend Riley-sons for any renovation project. And since building from scratch is FAR easier, I would not hesitate to use them for new construction either. Thanks again Here are a few photos.

Contracted with Riley-Sons in January to remove our boat from the lake after the floods. They invoiced me in February to let me know the job was done and expected payment. I trusted them and paid them the $1000. When I next went to the house I found the boat was only drug to a public boat dock and left with a broken trailer. In addition boat debris was still laying under and on our dock. I called Riley-Sons and they were shocked and assured me it would be taken care of. I was patient for 6 months. Already paid another company to clean around our dock so we could use it. The boat is still laying in an open lot six month later waiting on Riley-Sons. They have ceased returning my calls and emails.

Absolutely horrible contractor. Contract for big roofing job imitated almost 3 months ago. Hardly any work has been done. Old roof removed on part of the job and was left off during huge storm. Ceiling collapse in bedroom as a result. Has been weeks since ceiling damage and can't seem to get them to show up to repair damage. Use them at your own risk.

We tried to fix a roof leak for over a year, ourselves and with another contractor, and were not successful. We got estimates from several roofers, some of which included expensive roof replacements. Then Tim at Riley and Sons brought a knowledgeable colleague to our home who was able to locate the leak very quickly and fix it with a simple flashing repair. There have been hard rains since then and we no longer have a leak. Riley and Sons is a very competent and ethical firm that we will recommend to friends.

We contacted Tim to fix the entry gate to our back yard. He was prompt and very courteous and arrived exactly at the agreed-upon time. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable rate.
