I contacted Riker roofing for a free roof inspection after seeing one of their trucks in town and that it was a veteran owned company. I couldn't be happier with their service. They were quick to come out and address all of my concerns and their customer service was great. They showed me pictures of the damage and informed me of all my options to either repair or replace and what that would look like financially. They also walked me through the whole insurance process. I definitely felt like they take care of their customers and genuinely care about their work. I would recommend them to everyone.

We just bought a new home in Richardson, and within a week of moving in our home was backing up with sewage. Blake came out to our home and explained what he was going to do. So he camerad our pipes and he actually put the view on my TV so we can see what was going on. As gross as that was it was, it was interesting to learn something new. We did get a second opinion, but my husband and I really preferred working with this company. They did a wonderful job.

We are a small church Preschool. One of our toilets had a leak. They came out last week and charged us $99 for a service call and then $887.25 for them to do a Toilet Rebuild Kit, which costs about $25 to $30 at Home Depot.
Just this week, I have had to call them to come out to try to fix my leaking toilet 3 times. The 3rd time being today. When I called them this morning, I explained that I needed that toilet to be working due to having children and staff here. They finally called me at 3:50 p.m. and said the tech would be here within the hour. At 5:20, I called to see if the tech had got lost since he still hadn't arrived. They said that they would find something out and call me back. The tech finally showed up a little after 6 p.m. He said that i needed a certain gasket and he went to Lowe's to get it. When he came back he informed me they didn't have the right size but he found one the was ""thicker"" and he would see if that would work. As he was leaving he informed me that if this didn't work then I just needed to replace the toilet. I would not recommend or us this company. They take advantage of people and apparently their work isn't good either.
