Follow up to bad review I made 10/7/24: Issac owner of Done Rite Roofing just finished roof repair. Said he was covering for Alex who had family emergency. Although they took month to finish, the work seems to be very thorough and professional. The only complaint I have is lack of communication on job schedules which was probably caused by extra work he covered.

Technician arrived on time for work estimate and they were able to start work a day early. They got the roof patched up in time before the next storm. They kept a clean work space and cleaned up all debris like they were never here. Will reach out to Rightway for future repairs and will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors!

Rightway Roofing came to the rescue when needed it. The LA rains caused leaking on my roof and with a text I got a response that they could have someone there to tarp in 45 mins. Adan was an expert and tarped my roof quick and was very professional and an expert. It was money well spent even when no one else would respond to do it in rain. But Rightway roofing came to the rescue. Thank you !!

I telephoned Rightway Roofing at 9:30 am, Tuesday, morning (626-824-8729) a man answered and said, ""can I call you back in an hour when I'm in the office and set up a time?"" I waited 2 hours, then called him back. He said, ""I gave your phone number to my brother, Sean."" I waited 2 hours, but, Sean, never called. I called back and said, ""Sean, never called."" He said, ""here is his number 818-391-0943. I telephoned twice and was unable to leave a message, because his box was full. I called back and said ""I can't reach, Sean, box full. He said ""Text, Sean."" I texted, Sean. Never heard back from either one of them. Now it is, Wednesday, afternoon. Waste of time.

My Google review which the owner got flagged and deleted: ""I am looking to get a roof replaced for a basic suburban home so I gave this company a call due to the entirely positive reviews. What I got was a ""not interested"" and an abrupt hang up. I mean I appreciate the honesty, but it was very questionable attitude towards a potential customer. Maybe I caught this person at a bad time, but I can't say I recommend giving this company a call if you need a new roof.""

Now I see on Yelp that all the positive reviews are likely from a bot or a single IP address. This owner is obviously engaged in very deceptive and unethical practices.

I talk to Alex from rightway roofing and seen his ad says the leak stops with me .. I told him I had a leak that 2 other roofers tryed to fix but they both said I needed a new roof so I figured I give it 1 more shot Alex came out look at my roof showed my picture of the area that needs to be fix so I said ok let's do it they came out the next day and fixed my roof it has rained about 4 or 5 times since the repair and I have had no issues ... thank you so much Alex the leak really does stop with you

We had a leak in our roof for 3 years that nobody could stop after a few contractors my friend told me about Alex from right way roofing best roofing contractor I've ever meet found the leak and has been dry for 2 years with no problems.. thanks Alex I would highly recommend him to anyone
