I hired Right Way Roofing to do a full inspection of my roof and replace any loose and missing shingles. Shawn quoted me a price of $3500 to do the repair. Two men came to my home the next day and one went on the roof and one stayed on the ground. As the man on the roof threw down shingles, the man on the ground bagged them. One hour later, both men were gone, they never checked in with me or verified that they completed the repair. When I text Shawn, he assured me the entire job was done, he never came to inspect the work. Within 3 weeks, shingles from my roof were in the backyard and on the street. When I text Shawn on a Thursday, he stated he would have someone out Sunday or Monday. I let him know at that time that there was already some water damage inside of the home and more rains to come. After several attempts to contact him without hearing back thereafter, I text him stating that I assumed he abandoned the job he replied saying he would let me know later, that was Monday after nobody showed up. It's now Wednesday and I still can't get ahold of him. It's raining and water has made it's way into my home damaging my ceiling and walls. I paid him $3500 for a repair that they took an hour on.

They do not do it the rightway like their name. My 2 month old roof was blowing off with the 1st wind. Sean will not come to fix it or return my phone calls. Beware. The cheapest is not always the best

Shawn is an exceptional contractor. He's very friendly and was willing to work with me so I could save some money but still do a good job (other companies were not willing to do this). We were able to put another layer of roofing on my flat roof without tearing off the old one. Work came out professionally. He also did some extra work I requested for no additional charge even though I offered to pay.

Sean and his crew conducted a major roof repair at our home 2 years ago. They were highly efficient and professional. I'm writing my review now after witnessing the good results of their repair. Our roof is in great condition. I highly recommend them.

This was awhile ago but Right Way Roofing did an excellent job fixing a leaky room- partially caused by a botched solar installation and partially by a substandard job done by another roofing outfit. Everything was quickly fixed and the interior ceiling refurbishing to fix the leak damage was excellent. They even threw in free installation of a vent for the one bathroom. Definitely would use again.

Im bummed about having to write this review but I've had the same experience with Shawn as other Yelpers on here. I had to make multiple follow-ups to get him to show up for the estimate and once the estimate was approved and we had noticed 80 tenants he was a no show on the day the repairs were supposed to begin. When I called he didnt even seem to remember they were scheduled foe that day. Shawn proceeded to schedule another date saying he already had the material only to not show up a second time. Nice guy but just really not accountable. We had multiple people calling us asking why they never came.

This company has been difficult to work with. After setting an appointment, no one showed up at the set time. When I called them back, it was obvious that they forgot to log my appointment. They did on the other hand send someone to inspect the roof 30 minutes later..

After our appointment, I expected a quote within 24 hours... after receiving no response, I contacted them asking for one- 48 hours later still no response.

My advice for this company- reassign Shawn to another role. He is unresponsive, forgets to set appointments, and unprofessional in his correspondence. Probably not the first point of contact you want for the company.

We had a leak in our bathroom from the roof. I found this company and decided to reach out to them since they had five stars. Their response to my inquiry was very prompt and sincere. They sent John for inspection the same day. He was nice and after inspection he gave me a quote. I said I'll get back to them after talking to my husband. Since the next day I've been messaging Sean and asking for an appointment for the repair, but all I get is ""I'll get back to you in a little"" and it never happens. I've tried three times already. It's pretty disappointing that they provide this kind of service.

Whereas most of the other roofers I called last weekend still haven't bothered to return my call, Shawn from Right Way picked up the phone on my first try, was clear and concise, and came over for a free estimate within 30 minutes. Upon agreement, his team, including Shawn, were up on my roof making the necessary repairs within the following hour. Our home is water-sealed and I have no need to ever find another roofer. Shawn at Right Way will be my first and only call when I need repairs or roof replacement. Thank you Shawn!
