My grandparents contacted Right Stop restoration for kitchen cabinet work about 8 months ago, they initially seemed honest and caring people. They were quick to respond and write the estimate, take their deposit and schedule work. Once it came to it they never showed up for work. You call, and they don't answer. You try to call the office and they don't answer. Sai is the office Manager and he will come up with some excuse to why they don't show up. Bobby is the owner and good luck getting a hold of him. My poor grandparents had to hire someone else to finish they work, they kept their deposit and quickly vanished.

This is to piggy back Sai's response. Bobby changes bond companies to refrain from paying anything out for unfinished work. Sai, don't try to twist things up. Trying to paint me as competitor to refrain from taking accountability just shows your company has no moral values. You know exactly who I am and what you guys did to me and my family. Our home was a mess because of you guys. Glad I finally got your guys attention after several months of not answering phone calls. We are coming after you for legal fees and with the board. Why don't you reply to all the other negative reviews? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

We had a slab leak and subsequently plumbing repairs done on our home. We called Right Stop to restore our home after the repairs. They ghosted us after an initial visit to asses the work needed to be done. I made attempts to call them back and connect them with my insurance company to compare repair estimates. They never contacted my insurance company and when I told them I would I am canceling working with them I received a text that reads ""Perfect , thank you"". My home is still in disrepair. I wasted a month with Right Stop to get it repaired. Looking for a new contractor.

My wife already left a review, but wanted to warn people to please stay away from this company. They ghosted us after we signed the contract and put down a 1000 dollar deposit. Never showed up for the scheduled walk through and has has not answered any of our emails, texts etc... about when the work would begin on our house. They were supposed to start on 3/27 and have been radio silent for the past month. We requested our deposit back and have not heard anything back from them about a refund.

This company literally stole from us and am surprised a supposed legitimate business would operate this way. We have submitted a complaint to the contractors board and plan on taking them to court, since it has been more than a month with no updates or communication.

I cannot stress this enough, please do not trust this company with your time or money as they have wasted ours and don't want this to happen to other people.

They are definitely NOT the Right Stop for your home restoration needs. My home had severe water damage and I contacted Right Stop to help. At first they seemed good. Blake was very attentive and was very efficient with working with my insurance and getting me the best value possible. For this reason, I thought that they would be a great company to work with so I signed the contract and paid a $1,000 deposit.

Now here is where the trouble begins...my agreed upon start date was March 27th (I signed on March 13 and agreed to wait the 2 weeks for them as I had a good experience with Blake). Bobby (the owner) scheduled to do a walk through on March 23rd and he no showed. No text or anything to let me know. March 27 came and went and no one showed up or contacted me. I had to call/email them constantly but they would not give me a straight answer on when they will begin. Two weeks past my proposed start date and my emails asking about it are being ignored.

My family and I have been bouncing from hotel to hotel since our house is in ruin and not a safe environment. This has been a nightmare since we have a 9 month old infant and a dog. We do not have the luxury to wait around for them and be kept in the dark. And if this wasn't bad enough they still have not returned my deposit! And of course, no response from Bobby about my payment!

Stay away from Right Stop! They are a terrible company to work with.

worst company ever-after 28 weeks of nothing but lies we had to pay someone else to finally finish our home which was torn up for 7 months because of these people. no ""supple chain"" problems at all-just a poorly run business and the only time you get any response at all is when there' s a check to be cashed! then they send someoneover in 2 seconds as they use your money to pay for the 3 or 4 jobs that came beofre you!!!!! an absolute nightmare-also the work they did was so poorly done we had to hve most of it re-done properly by professionals.....steer clear and far far away from these people!!!

Worst contractors can't be found. What was quoted as a 6-8 week restoration dragged out to 20+ weeks before we cut them loose.

Right stop is the place to go. Hopefully I don't have to use them again but if I do I will definitely use them. I had a slab leak so I needed new floors. They came in, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Luciano,Blake were very helpful and always available but by far Noel was AWESOME. He came in and put the floors on and he definitely knows what he is doing. Very professional and quality workmanship.
They Warrenty there work and they truly stand by there Warrenty. They take pride in there work and customer satisfaction.
Overall I am very happy with my experience with RIGHT STOP. I used other restoration companies in the past and I can honestly say RIGHT STOP was the best I've worked with. Definitely recommend!

Rightstop was such a pleasure to work with during such a stressful event when my home flooded. Lynn and Bobby were very courteous, timely, professional and helpful with every step of the process, including acting on my behalf with the insurance adjusters. They know the process and make it easy for you. On top of that, they acted quickly to not only mitigate the water damage to my home, but also did extraordinary restoration work to get my home looking spotless and new. Very highly recommend.
