4 Days ago I noticed a hole in my flat roof!! It was raining.. next morning I called another company based on radio advertising (RBR) explained my situation and the fact I had a hole on my roof and it was raining!! I was told a person would call me .. 5 hrs later no call!! At that point I need to speak to someone!! Water was coming inside the house so I called RIG roofing explaining the situation!! I got scheduled an appointment for next day !! Nathan came early inspected my flat roof and my shingle roof !! Nathan explained his findings and offered a solution!!
By the time the other roofing company called back my roof was fixed !!
I would recommend RIG roofing for their professionalism and quick response!!
Thank you Nathan and RIG roofing.

We contracted with RIG to replace our roof and repair aluminum ($25K worth of work). After the work was done I went to the home to prepare for renters. When I arrived one of the lighting circuts would not stay on. Had to hire an electrician to source out the problem. There was a short in the kitchen ceiling near the window. A new line had to be run from the kitchen to the dining room to bypass the short. The work cost me $1,600. The lights worked previously and the only thing that happened was the work done by RIG. The electrician confirmed that the short was caused by the RIG workers. When notified of the issue, RIG refused to accept any responsibility for the problem. CAVEAT EMPTOR! Would not recommend RIG.

Called RIG roofing 11 months ago to fix a leak in our roof. They came out gave us a quote and fixed the roof that week. Very professional! 11 months later we noticed a wet spot in the same area as before. We called RIG roofing again and they came out and fixed the roof with no charge. They stand by their work, word and product. This is a family owned business the father and son are very kind, caring and professional. We will probably need a new roof soon and without question we will be calling RIG roofing.

I just got my first metal roof installed in the color black and it is absolutely beautiful! The sales rep that came out and met my wife and I was extremely knowledgeable on the different kind of roof systems and answered all my questions. When I decided to go with RIG I was assigned a job coordinator that was there with me along the way and knew all of the answers to my questions about my roof project and if she didn't she found out. On my job start day the dumpster was delivered and the crew showed up shortly after and began laying down tarps and moving anything around my yard that could brake away from the house which I really appreciated. Angel's crew was amazing and really did do an amazing job on my roof. They left my place spotless with not a single nail in site. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We hired this company to replace our roof last year based on the great reviews we had read. But our experience after that fact was very disappointing and unsatisfactory to say the least. Our roof was less than 2 years old when hurricane Ian came thru. The storm took off a whole row of shingles. ( 50 to be exact) per RIG's rep. It took 3 calls an email and a bad review before we received a response. The guy that sold us the roof can out and sent us an estimate of 1700.00 to replace missing shingles! Oh and did I mention that we paid almost 16,000.00 for the roof in April of 2021?? O ok yes we did! And when we asked about the change the rep said that the warranty didn't cover the hurricane cause it was an act of God! What a crock!! The sunshine the rain and the wind are all acts of God they most definitely aren't controlled by man. Any ole excuse will do to get your money and not honor your word! I will pay RIG 1700.00 when he'll freezes over which would also be an act of God!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Furious would be the most appropriate word to describe how I feel about this company. We decided to go with RIG because of their stellar reviews. When the initial guy came out to give the estimate, I was convinced we made the right choice. He was the epitome of profesionalism, answered all of my questions, and left me feeling very confident about the choice we made. All of this, and my ceiling, came crashing down when I returned home today. The first thing I noticed was how torn up the yard was - tire tracks deeply embedded into the ground because they did not stay on the driveway; but these things happen. When I got out of my car I saw my australian tree fern was shoved into a bush. Apparently it was in their way so they just shoved it wherever it happened to land. When I got to my steps there was debris everywhere and a potted palm broken because when they blew or swept off the roof it was irrelevant to them what was below - no need to bother moving anything or placing a phone call to see if someone could come home. Saw dust covers the sink and counter on the porch. Taken individually these are small things and I could grind my teeth and bear it; at least the roof is succuessfully repair (only time will tell). However, when I walked into my bathroom, the ceiling had come crashing down. Apparently no one ever thought to be a bit ginger given that I had an active leak. No consideration for this was given whatsoever. I have no idea what crew they hired to send out or even if it was their own men, but I can tell you one thing, I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone. My home is literally trashed inside and out. I must say I must have a black cloud over my head given that so many others have said such glorious things about RIG, but I can assure you that my experience with them has been anything but positive after the initial estimate. It's a nightmare!

Please do not hire this company. They were contracted to roof my daughters house and they did an awful job. Within months it leaked. They said they fixed that but then they didn't hook up the dryer vent and she didn't know until much later when rats were in the attic because they failed to replace rotten wood when they did the job. Now she has dryer link in the attic and expose electric wires from rats and they are refusing to fix it saying the shrubs caused rats not their open whole and rotted wood that failed to fix. She has hired an attorney to have to force them to fix it. Steer very clear of these crooks. They will take your money but not only don't do the work paid for but also
Refuse to make it right when they messed up.

Service good, responded, showed up on time and were friendly and prompt
I just got a competitive company to do the same job for less than 10% of what they wanted, that don't make them bad, I may have got the bad deal... we'll wait and see

We recently had our roof replaced by RIG, and will not do business with them again. Here are some of the reasons:
* We were told that work would begin 3-5 weeks after signing a contract, and that someone would call to set up a specific time. Less than three weeks later, a work crew arrived at our home with no advance notice, on a day that was not at all convenient for us.
* On the day the crew arrived, we had an early-morning appointment. When we returned home, we found men on our roof ripping off shingles, etc., and throwing the material to the ground wherever it was convenient. This included our native plant garden, in front of our house, which was crushed. Many of the plants were destroyed, and others are still recovering. (RIG later credited our account $100 for replacement plants.)
* When the crew arrived, they found our back yard fenced, with a locked gate. Our dog was in the yard. Rather than make any attempt to contact us for instructions, they broke into the yard by dismantling the latch mechanism on the gate. They then decided, again without our input, where to relocate our dog.
* When we arrived home, my wife had been advised by her doctor to stay home, rest, and relax for a day or two while recuperating from a minor procedure. When the crew was told this, they responded that, having already started, they could not stop without exposing our house to potential damage should it rain while they roof was partially missing. (There was no rain forecast for at least the next several days.) Rather than rest and recuperation, we were subjected to two days of scraping, hammering, and heavy footsteps on the roof.
* At 6:00 PM on the first day, we asked the crew to please stop for the day, so we could at least have a couple of hours of quiet at dinner time. They refused to stop until we threatened to call the police and have them arrested for trespassing.
* On the second day, a little before 9:00 AM, the crew somehow snapped a faucet off the exterior of the house. We had to shut off the water supply to the entire house until it could be fixed. We were told that RIG had an arrangement with an emergency plumber, who would be there shortly. A short time later, we were told that he was ""on his way"". After lunch, we were told that RIG did not know where the plumber was, or when he would be there. He eventually arrived, repaired the broken pipe, and replaced the faucet. We were without water for over 6 hours.
* When the crew left at the end of the second day, they left bits of roofing materials and a great deal of shingle grit in our swimming pool and scattered about the pool deck area. A couple of weeks later, after a follow-up visit from a RIG representative, we were told that someone would come out and clean it all up properly. A week after that, we contacted RIG to see when that might actually happen. We were told that we were ""first on the schedule"" for the following day and that they started at 7:00 AM. We rearranged our schedules accordingly. Around 8:30 AM the next day, we called RIG and were told that the crew was working on a different job, and that they would come to our house later that day. No one could tell us when that might be, and no one recalled having said that we could expect them by shortly after 7:00 AM. At that point, we told them that we were done with them, and to tell the crew NOT to come to our house. RIG credited us another $100 in compensation, and I cleaned up the mess myself.
In short, RIG's work crew, after entering our property illegally, exhibited an indifference to our needs and caused damage to our property, and communication with the staff and office personnel throughout this ordeal ranged from nonexistent to misleading. Based on our experiences with RIG, I will not recommend them to anyone.

i contracted with rig to fix a leak in my roof a month before the hurricane. They never returned my calls for a date to do the repair - even after I repeatedly called them. About a month ago i called and told them to return my deposit, they said they would- they did not. Each week I called , each time they said it would be in the mail the next day. I still have not received it..
They have never once called me or offered an apology. As far as I am concerned these people are unreliable at best, liars at worst
