The person who took the call was pretty rude. She said they don't do roof repair anymore. I asked for gutter repair estimate and scheduled the technician to come for estimate. The foreman came, waited 2 days, no estimate, no message. Called again, the lady said I needed to wait a few days to get an estimate. Now, it has been a week or so, nothing was sent. I guess Ridout does not care about doing business, never mind.

After speaking with the office manager, Michelle, today, we were able to come to a resolution that I was very satisfied with. She was receptive and understanding, and incredibly reasonable and fair in her assessment of the situation. A massive thanks to her for setting things right.

We have schedule a visit for an estimate, the gentleman came right in time, he was very kind and professional, promised to mail us his estimate. I cannot say anything else yet because we did not get the estimate, let alone the job is not done, is has not even began.

Just had my daughter's roof replaced by Ridout. Second time I've used them and I'm again completely happen with the result. They offered a very competitive price, and they did a beautiful, quick job, just 2 days total with a complete tear-off. On top of that, they're a union company with well-trained and fairly paid, insured workers, important considerations for me.

Juan, Elias and his crew were great to work with, answering my questions as the roof required some dry rot repairs. They did exactly what they promised and left the place absolutely clean and tidy. I recommend Rideout without hesitation.

I started a process back in October of 2021 to have someone from Rideout Roofing fix a repair to our roof - they were the original roofing installer - so I called them at the beginning of 2021 to repair my roof - they came out supposedly to fix the leak & charged me $500.00 - (which I was fine with - then the rains started in October - & the leak was back - So I called them to have them come back - It's now June of 2022 - they promised me they would make another appointment - which they did not - it's now June & I called back - they put me in touch with the scheduling MGR (Juan) 7 he now just told he would not send someone out to fix our roof -

DO NOT USE RIDEOUT ROOFING FOR YOUR ROOF JOB - WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROOFING COMPANY!!!!

This company has been great in my experience.They did repairs today on our roof that leaked during the first storm of the winter. Dan came out, always friendly and professional, did a fantastic and thorough job. He has done repairs for us on another house as well. Ridout replaced a roof for us some years ago and did a good job then also. I highly recommend them!
