Just had my daughter's roof replaced by Ridout. Second time I've used them and I'm again completely happen with the result. They offered a very competitive price, and they did a beautiful, quick job, just 2 days total with a complete tear-off. On top of that, they're a union company with well-trained and fairly paid, insured workers, important considerations for me.

Juan, Elias and his crew were great to work with, answering my questions as the roof required some dry rot repairs. They did exactly what they promised and left the place absolutely clean and tidy. I recommend Rideout without hesitation.

I started a process back in October of 2021 to have someone from Rideout Roofing fix a repair to our roof - they were the original roofing installer - so I called them at the beginning of 2021 to repair my roof - they came out supposedly to fix the leak & charged me $500.00 - (which I was fine with - then the rains started in October - & the leak was back - So I called them to have them come back - It's now June of 2022 - they promised me they would make another appointment - which they did not - it's now June & I called back - they put me in touch with the scheduling MGR (Juan) 7 he now just told he would not send someone out to fix our roof -

DO NOT USE RIDEOUT ROOFING FOR YOUR ROOF JOB - WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROOFING COMPANY!!!!

This company has been great in my experience.They did repairs today on our roof that leaked during the first storm of the winter. Dan came out, always friendly and professional, did a fantastic and thorough job. He has done repairs for us on another house as well. Ridout replaced a roof for us some years ago and did a good job then also. I highly recommend them!

This was our second excellent experience with Ridout. 6 years ago when our older shake roof had developed some holes, we got a bunch of estimates, and all of them told us that we needed a full replacement. Ridout told us that our roof was in good enough shape to be patched, and their work has held up nicely for the past 6 years. This year, I noticed a few beams of light coming into the attic, so called them again (we have crows cracking nuts on the roof and damaging the shakes). Again, Ridout came out and inspected the roof and felt that the damaged areas could be taken care of and get us a few more years. Daniel (who did the job last time) was incredible! He was wonderful to deal with, work a mask when taking with me, and worked on the roof while I was viewing the underside from the attic - and patched all the visible holes. Then he spent another 2 hours repairing damaged shakes and inspecting the entire roof. The total cost was very reasonable. Overall a six star experience.

I purchased a home from a builder you worked with. I purchased the home August 2015. The builder built 57 homes that year in our development. I also told the person who answered your phones where I lived and they never denied you did not install the roof. I was told by the builder you installed the roof. Someone is not telling the truth.

Extremely unprofessional. They made promises that weren't kept and pretended they were going to do things that they didnt. Then they disappeared without explanation. They wasted a lot of my time. Run quickly away and try a different roofing company before you are sorry too.

When considering roofing companies it was a really tough decision. Since it's such a necessity and people only post when there are problems, most reviews were negative. Ultimately I was referred to Ridout Roofing via word of mouth from multiple contractors I know and trust. I felt compelled to provide Steve Ridout and his company a 5 star endorsement and share our experience. Steve personally took time to educate me on the positives and negatives of the options from type of gutters to facia and eve exposure to comp versus metal versus wood shake and shingle roofs. Your architect and designer might have a certain vision but function, warranty and budget are things they sometimes overlook. Ridout really helped me understand my options and the associated costs. Their installers were professional even bringing their own bathroom to the job site. They left the site site cleaner than when they arrived. My wife and I love the look and function of our roof. We'd couldn't be happier.

Fantastic! More rain!! After laying out enough buckets to fill the garage, it felt like it was time to replace the roof. I called Ridout Roofing on a Tuesday and they were out at my house the very next day. They were helpful, efficient and professional. Roof looks great and there hasn't been any issues. Steve And his team blew me away! We have a rental property in the east bay and we had been putting off replacing our roof for quite sometime Bc of the thought of headaches that seem to accompany most construction related projects and sometime financial stress as well..... To our very pleasant surprise, we hired Steve and within the month, from consult to finished roof we were done. Unheard of, amazing, top notch service, products, paperwork, timeline, and our devoted renters said it was painless which we were dreading would have been just the opposite for them!
