I called RidgeValley Roofing for a roof inspection,
They were very prompt and quick to take my order. This was done after all the storms that we we're having in the area. Thank goodness there was no sign of destruction. He did find some mold and dry rotting along the side of the roof near my chimney.

The crew was very professional and informative, they took multiple pictures of my roof and the mold along side. I am very grateful for the crew and there excellent attention to detail.
Moving forward, I can now better prepare for that other work in the near future.
I'd like to give the crew a very strong 5 stars for their professionalism and exceptional work.

Had to get our roof replaced in short order to get new solar panels installed.
Tony and his team did a bang-up job and completed the new roof in two days, looks clean and a job well-done. Tony went out of his way to communicate with us and was very attentive, wanting to ensure our needs as a customer were being met and I'd highly recommend these guys for any roofing job.

WOW! Started off really well. Roof damaged 10/25 due to storm. Hard to find available roofers. Called numerous. Finally got a hold of RidgeValley. Woman was knowledgeable and professional. She said would get with her boss and set up a time to come see my damage. 17 days later and numerous calls to them, no answer and left several voice mails, NO RESPONSE! Super disappointed! Really?!?! Can't even respond to my calls and at least have the curtesy to call me back even if not available!!!!!! Terrible business ethics!

They never called me back. The lady I spoke to said she was going to check with her guys and get back to me asap same day but she never did. I gave them benefit of the doubt and followed up next day and left VM and they still did not bother to get back to me. If you cannot honor your word and have common courtesy of returning phone calls, how can anyone count on you to do the actual work? This was an emergency roof leak so they knew the sense of urgency.

Owner Rick communicated well, workers were very friendly and worked hard. They were on time and on schedule. Workers cleaned up site after each work day.. My new roof and and gutters are beautiful! I would highly recommend RidgeValley Roofing.

I would recommend RidgeValley Roofing if you need roof work done, I am a Realtor here in the valley and had a roof inspection done, which was very overpriced!! The other agent Courtney contacted Rick and he reviewed the report of repairs needed and save us money on this listing... my buyers are very happy the work was done and they did an excellent job!! I will call on them again in the future!

I can't say enough about these guys, easily the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. We needed a new roof on our home. After getting quotes from 4 companies I called RidgeValley because of all of their positive reviews...They were able to come out and quote the same day, and lo and behold came in cheaper than all 4 companies I had already received quotes from, but more than that, they were willing to spend time to communicate clearly what they planned to do to my house, why, and how. Rick quoted me an extremely fair price for a GAF roof, a high end roof manufacturing company for which he is a certified installer. Rick and his team were professional, responsive, and clean through the job. Roof looks great and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Rick and his crew done a excellent job on my roof repair. I had a serious leak. And he went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and fixed right. Also went out of his way to fix some dry rot i didnt know I had in a area that wasn't even part of the original area where I had the issue. Rick and his company are top notch. And will definitely go to him with any and all roofing I may need in the future.

Can't say enough good things about Rick and the crew at RidgeValley Roofing. They just completed work on our large pool house. Absolutely one of the best contractors I have ever worked with.
