Michael M.Les White, Owner of Ridgepoint Roofing, was vital in assisting with my appeal claim for roof replacement due to hail damage. He inspected my roof and came back when the adjuster arrived to point out the hail damage the previous adjuster missed (or purposefully overlooked) and the claim was approved on the spot.
His crew arrived early, finished before the promised completion time and left the job site ""Like it never even happened"".

C W.Les and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof after hail damage led to a leak inside the house. They were easy to work with through the insurance paperwork process. The installation and clean up were fast and efficient and the new roof looks great. As happens with many home repair jobs, a side issue came up, with some water in the basement caused by heavy rains and a downspout that wasn't completely reconnected. Les worked with us to resolve it, even loaning us his equipment to get the basement dried out. Thanks, Les! This is an honest company with good people and we would use them again.
