In this world there tends to be so many negative comments. This is NOT the case here. Victor from Ridgeline Roofing came out this morning (well within a week from initial phone call) to look at a tiny question, not a new roof. He had already been here and examined the exterior. He was on time, professional, funny, clearly educated and personable. I called 4 other companies to come see this issue...on an only 5 year old roof. Ridgeline is the only return call/text I received. Being in the sales service industry, I was impressed and WILL definitely refer them in the future.

We used Ridgeline to replace our roof before selling our home. We really appreciated the excellent customer service. Austin, our Ridgeline rep., was great at answering questions and following up on our concerns. He was always available and willing to help make the process smoother and more convenient. Even with dodging some rainy days and a holiday administrative slow-down, they managed to deliver the roof in a timely manner. Not only does the roof look great, but the quality of the materials and work is outstanding. While their's was not the lowest quote we encountered, we were happy with their warranty and the quality of the materials. We think the finished product is a great value. I'm sure the new roof will last years and years.

We used Ridgeline after reviewing and working with other vendors. They came in at the lowest price, and their supplies were good quality. They used a new type of underlayment that's now required by Florida code. We used Ridgeline in conjunction with a new state grant program we got ""My SAFE Florida Home"", and they were on the required contractor list.

We were happy with their work. The workers knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves each day. Joey helped us choose the Color, and we ended up loving their recommendation.
