Just awful customer service. Sam came round on August 28th and promised a quote by the end of the week. Several e-mails and phone calls later and still no quote despite several promises for a quote ""by the end of the week"".
Don't waste your time with them.
Northbay Roofing & Gutter came round on 22 October, quoted by 28th and scheduled us for November 6th.

My sister needed a new roof quick! Not only was Ridgeline the only company out of 7 to actually provide a quote but they did a great job! Actually Duvall Roofing said to call Ridgeline because they were booked up for year. One other company did a ""drive by"" quote but that was it. My sister really, really liked the crew and is very happy with the work done. Peggy is phenomenal! We were under the gun for getting it done and Peggy was able to work magic moving the schedule up to meet the deadline. Unfortunately there was extra work needed but we still met the drop dead date. Compounding matters was the fact that I live a couple hours away and had to transfer funds to pay for the new roof. Ridgeline was very accommodating, allowing for a few days payment delay. Don't hesitate to give Ridgeline a call if you need a new roof.

I had Ridgeline quote a new roof for our house back in late 2016, along with a few other companies. Among the quotes I liked Ridgeline's competitive price and Sam's confidence about dealing with my fascia board challenge. This summer I finally decided to act on the quote. I contacted Peggy in the office, and we worked out a suitable mutual timeline to start.
The Ridgeline crew was very professional, friendly, talented, and went the extra mile to satisfy my questions and concerns. In particular they fit and secured the fascia Boral boards perfectly. The job was completed in a very timely fashion.
I felt relaxed as I could see that I could trust the crew to do a very thorough job, which is of utmost importance to me.

Ridgeline did work on my son's house in Kitchener. It's an older home built around 1920 and was in desperate need of tlc. The quote was high but a lot of work needed done. First off, it took forever for them to start missing start date after start date. The workmanship is poor with shortcuts taken everywhere to save material and labour costs. A piece of trim at the top front is actually two different colours, aluminium that's already coming away and it's only been months, eavestroughing that he decided didn't need elbowed to the building from 2nd floor to 1st floor and stuck out like wings. He has come back for this but did a very poor job of fixing it, totally destroyed original gingerbreading that my son wanted removed and saved. I could go on and on about not returning calls, etc.

Took three calls and an email before someone got back to me, with the explanation ""I was too busy to call you back."" Yikes. Got a vauge 'Thrusday or Friday' next week response for scheduling and further verbal commitment to 'touch bases next week' with appointment details before being rushed into closing the conversation. No call. No email. No show.
Being busy is good, yes. Admitting 'we are too booked up to see you next week' is fine. Simply being blown off is not. Moving on to greener fields.

We would highly recommend this roofing company. Their work is professional and neat as well as friendly. Also, they did not try to sell us more than we needed which we really appreciated. The only reason for not giving 5 stars had to do with the wait time for the job to be started and that was partly due to trying to find a match for our existing (old) roof (this was a repair). When we eliminated that requirement the job was done promptly. We would give 4.5 stars if that were available.

This summer I had several roofing companies provide estimates for a new roof. When I called Ridgeline and talked to Peggy she was extremely nice and professional. She was very clear and prompt about following up with appointments, so we would always know what was happening throughout the whole process. We received four bids, and Ridgeline's was by far the most reasonable. Sam explained the scope of the work in a way that made it easy to understand and make necessary decisions. The roof looks great! We couldn't be happier, and would recommend Ridgeline Roofing to our dearest friends.

We have done a few projects with Ridgeline. Their prices seem reasonable and their employees are awesome. With little warning, they came out in the rain and patched a problematic roof issue. They were patient and flexible with us as we were in the process of a remodel. The ONLY reason there aren't 5 stars is that it took a little bit to get the initial quote. I would highly recommend Ridgeline. Both Peggy and Sam were a pleasure to deal with and their installers were great as well.
