Everything went the way it was supposed to. The receptionist was polite and on point with details, the owner showed up on time for the inspection, and the crew made their appointment on time, as well. The crew finished up quickly, and left things clean, and there were no upcharges. What I was quoted was what I paid, and the recent rains proved that their work took care of the leak.

Requested a quote and they got in touch with me right away. Sent the quote the same day and the job was booked within a few days. Price was fair and the 3 guys that came and did the job were on time, respectful, and got the job done right! Haven't had any rain yet so we'll see how the repair holds up, but everything looks good so far. Would highly recommend!

OMG, Ridgeline roofing did it again. Their sons installed my whirlybird turbines on my roof. Three of them plus a friend.I got a great quote to just install the tops. They had to replace the flanges the whole base and re-drill, nail and sealant . My original ones were over 35 years old. They did everything for the original price which was actually a couple hundred dollars more that would've cost me elsewhere. Fantastic work. Very professional. All four gentlemen were so down to earth and easy to talk to you. Thank you Randy and Laura, God bless your family. Had them reroof our house. What a great job they did. The price was great and they really did an excellent job. We were kept updated in how long until our job was going to take to get to as they were very busy with other jobs as it sounded when we signed our contract. They kept us up to date on everything. And were very polite and helpful on the phone. Once it was our turn they were very fast and professional at our home. Kept everything very clean for how much mess came off our roof when the old one was removed. And cleaned everything up completely every day. Were also very helpful in letting us know what was going on everyday and answered any of our questions. Job was done fast and came out beautifully. Can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend. 5 stars

I had them come out to give my home an estimate on what it would cost to replace my asphalt roof. Randy came out on time between the 1 hour window they gave me that he would be at my house. I have a two story that's 1568 sq ft. The reason I called is that the granulates on the asphalt where falling off dramatically as the fiberglass fibers were showing thru the asphalt tiles. The roof has not leaked yet but I wanted to get a professional opinion. Randy inspected my roof and was totally honest. He told me that it did not needed to be replaced immediately. He said it had one more layer and he gave about a year window before the roof will need to be replaced before I see problems. I appreciated this honesty. For now I got his estimate, which was a little higher than I expected. But I'm going to get at least 1-2 more estimates to see where the price is at. Maybe that's the cost of a roof these days. Or maybe I can negotiate with other quotes. I'll up date this review later. But so far, I see Randy's company as really honest.

I hired them to fix a leak in my roof. They did not do the job right and it leaked in the same spot when it rained. They came out and did something again but that still did not fix the leak. They either misdiagnosed the problem or did subpar work and now they want to charge me again to do the same job. Highly unethical and poor work quality. On top of everything they did not hesitate to tell me that they can't always find where the leak is coming from but they would be charging me again since they think the leak is coming from somewhere else and not from where they thought it was coming from. Ridiculous.

I was referred to Ridgeline roofing from a friend. Randy came to our house to inspect the leak. He was the only one that actually went up to the roof to check on the problem. The other roofing company's inspectors gave us quotes without even making a effort of climbing onto the roof. Randy was able to provide me with a price on the day of the inspection without any hidden cost and said the job can be done within a reasonable amount of time.

The job was done while we were out town and the workers took pictures of the repair that was needed. All of the paperwork was done online, such as the contract and payment. Overall, I was very satisfy with their service and definitely will use them again in the future.

Thanks to Randy for coming out to check a roof leak in our garage. We just moved into the house in October and had no idea who installed a new roof. Once we found out I called and talked to Laura who set up an appointment right away. We installed a new furnace in December and must have disturbed the vent pipe. Randy went up to the roof and made a quick fix. Thanks to Ridgeline for taking care of us and establishing a new relationship.
