The worst experience ever! Nothing that was agreed to was done. New roof leaks no one will respond to emails or calls to fix. 100% deceptive in their business dealings. Not a reputable company at all. Their contract show BBB logo, but they are not members of the better business bureau.

I was very pleased when John came out and did the estimate the same day. However, I was told he would be in touch within a few days and it took over 2 weeks to hear back. When he called he couldn't remember the repairs we had discussed. They came out to repair the roof (2 times) and were there for less than a total of 2 hours. I got my repair invoice and the price was way higher than what I had been quoted with no explanation; nor was there any indication the service would be more expensive during the process. I questioned this and was told I was ""confused"". I had to ask 2 times to get an itemized invoice. The labor charge is more than double what the average going rate is and this was not presented to me before. I would never recommend using a company that is not forthcoming with things like this.

HORRIBLE. They never showed up to give me an estimate. I waited 5 hours and told them I needed a quote quickly because I'm buying a house. Larry the owner said, ""well there's other roofing companies in Austin, I only have one guy."" He also said that because its a free estimate that I wasn't a customer, so I'm not a priority and to not hold my breath! I will make sure this roofing company is never used in my neighborhood. I also heard they have done horrible roofing work from a couple of my neighbors and that they had to get it replaced and reported to the BBB. Beware!

John with Ridge Roofing is amazing! He is so dependable and he is great working with Insurance companies too. He has put on several roofs for my real estate clients and they have all been completely satisfied. I can highly recommend John and Ridge Roofing!!
