Avoid this business like the black plague. I had them replace the roof on my house starting June 2019. June of 2020 it still wasn't done. Half way through what they did do they stopped and demanded more money to finish the job. After paying them what they asked for they continued to work on the roof. They told me as they were leaving one day, they would be back the next day to finish. That was the last I saw of them. One year later I go to their office and complain about this, was told by Joseph Scoppettuolo that it would be taken care of. One week later I again went to the office and re-explained to Joseph Scoppettuolo that I needed to get this finished and inspected so that the insurance company would release funds. Again, he said it would be taken care of. Next week I get a call from the field supervisor Neal who tells me that they cannot break anyone loose to finish the work but if I could get a contractor to do it Ridge Down would re-imburse me the cost. This cost $600.00 and I am still waiting to be re-imbursed. This is the best warning I can give you.

Very bad people. Lied about costs of project. Kept money that was not theirs and have demanded more. Causing me in ability to procure home owners insurance by abandoning the job and leaving the permit open. Trying to squeeze money out of me. I have proof that they have been paid more than the amount they agreed to and proof that they have abandoned job.
