Ron Riddle returned the call the next day. He said his son, Ryan, was taking over the business and he would have Ryan call me.
A month later and no call.
I then left another message.
Another month has gone by and no return call.
My sister then told me she had a similar experience two years ago.
She went to another company and got the job done.
I will now do the same.

Ryan has repaired my roof leaks on several occasions and I have found his work to be reliable each and every time. He takes a picture of the problem area, explains the work that is needed, and always charges a reasonable price. I trust him to do a great job and charge a fair amount.

Had my house reroofed asked to have wood replaced if bad. We're so busy with other house failed to check my eves and put wider ship lath on eves pushed out some of my fascia and have to tear off after having it done. Called said they come after the first of the year now it's June and no call or work.

They went the extra mile to do the right thing every step of the way when they could have gotten away with taking the easy way out. I know I might have been over involved in the process and it didn't appear to phase them; thanks Ryan and Ron for putting up with me. Out of all the best part about doing business with Riddle Roofing is they do excellent work.

Called for a hole on the roof that the electrician made, he said he would stop by to look at it, took down my name and address. My husband heard someone walking on the roof and then we never heard back. Called someone else to fix it. Please be considerate of others time if you don't have time or do not want to do the work. Ryan understood our broken tile roofing issue and repairs were made the next day. He made additional repairs that weren't noticeable to us. We're closing escrow and Time was of the essence...not to worry. Jon was completed within 24 hrs. I highly recommend this company

As a result of the areas first rain we woke up to a serious leak that was dripping into our dining room. With additional rain forecasted for the following week we were concerned. No worries, we reached out to Riddle Roofing who replied within a couple hours, they came out the same day to assess the issue and provide a quote. Despite it being Thanksgiving weekend they were able to adjust their schedules and repaired the roof on Saturday at a reasonable price. Thank You, Ron and the Riddle team. I can't say enough good things about Riddle Roofing! Ryan and his crew were professional, kind, and very accommodating. I'm a visual person and Ryan didn't hesitate to bring samples for us to see. The work started and finished on time. Most importantly, at the end of every day the crew cleaned up! I never had to worry about visitors stepping on nails or debris. You could hardly tell work was being done. The roof is beautiful! Thank you!
