By happenstance, I ran across Riddle Roofing at the gym, where they had a table set up. I checked them out on Better Business Bureau as well as other customer reviews...and all checked out. We had recently identified multiple roof problems and some leaks in the house. From the start, Chris handled everything beautifully---insurance problems, construction of the roof, indoor ceiling fixes...everything. He was in constant contact with us, telling us what day, what time, etc. He absolutely could not have done a better job in promoting his company and being the spokesperson for his roof contracting company. And the company came through for us really well. Inside and outside, everything was well done, and in a timely fashion.

When we could not get a certain roof shingle, we changed to another without problems or time wasted. When it rained or was too cold, they just re-scheduled when it stopped. Chris also kept in contact with the insurance company to help us get more money when we found another leak damage area.My husband and I totally recommend the company!!

We just had them do some interior construction and painting in our office. They did a great job for us! Very responsive and easy to work with. The painters were great and did a great job. We would definitely recommend Zack and Riddle Brothers Roofing and Construction!

I have used Riddle Brothers, on three separate occasions.
Our Allen house had significant hail damage. Zack and team, met personally with my insurance team adjusters!! The hail damage affected, not just the roof, but windows / window screens, fence damage, and garage door damage.....onto then AC unit damage. These guys are so thorough....alone, we would've never diagnosed all of the damage.
Twice, in Wylie...First hail storm at the end of March. No big deal..hold off. 2 weeks later...grapefruit size hail!!! It busted through the roof, all the way internal with water pouring in. Zack, and his 2 brothers were there, tarping the roof....asap!! Riddle Brothers, orchestrated, all repairs from top to bottom!!
Integrity...leads their Customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction.!!! Love this group!!!

I called Zack when I noticed shingles in the yard. He came over that day, inspected the roof, and recommended I put in a claim. He met the adjuster and walked him through what he found. Zack explained the process and what materials he uses. His crew replaced the shingles in 2 days and it was a difficult roof with several steep pitches. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of both days and everyone was professional. Zack's prices were more than reasonable and they installed premium 30 year shingles. I highly recommend Riddle Brothers Roofing!

Riddle Brothers was one of three company's I contacted to get an estimate to replace my roof. John Riddle responded quickly to the request and their price was the lowest. However, one company (who put the roof on when the house was built and replaced it in 2001) was willing to give me a discount if I let them put a sign on my lawn advertising them while they put the roof on. The discount made them the lowest price. I told John this and he was willing to beat the price.

I choose Riddle Brothers and could not be more satisfied. They helped me file a claim on the previous roof which was supposed to last 25 years and only lasted 16. As I requested, they scheduled the work on a ""good"" day to work on a roof. The material was dropped off early the morning they worked on the roof and by 1:00 PM they were done. The yard was cleaned up. The roof looks great. Riddle Brothers is easy to work with and are very professional.
