I have to say, Rick's Roofing Service ROCKS!!! Recently, we had a new roof installed on our house and after several estimates, we decided to choose Rick's. He had the most affordable price of them all and I had talked to other homeowners who had the company install and they were completely satisfied. It was such a stress free experience. Whenever you have an improvement to your house you know that there is something that is going to go wrong. Not in our experience with our new roof. From the moment he started the roof to the end, the whole installation was stress free on my end. He completed the install within the time frame the price he quoted did not go up. Also, I have dogs, who are the loves of my life and they made sure that they were safe at all times. They went above and beyond to make sure of that. I was so happy with the service I received, I have employeed them at the company I work and my family's homes as well. Because of the price and the quality of the improvement on my roof, which looks freaking awesome, the customer service I received, I would highly recommend that you consider Rick's Roofing Service to do you roofing improvements. You will not be disappointed.

I called him because people recommended him and gave him great reviews near my area. When I called he sounded really nice and said he could be right over. Apparently, that was the end of the customer service. I never heard back from him. Like other roofers they only care if it's a big project worth their time, which is fine, as long as they include that as part of their ads so customer's don't waste their time.

I work for a real estate agent and was desperate to get a 2nd opinion roof inspection done on a home we had buyers in escrow on. We had a roofer out that said that the whole roof would have to replaced for about $17,000...we panicked! I called Rick, hoping he could get out within a couple of days to help us! Not only was he out the next day...he saw the roof, saw that a shingle was out of place and fixed it and let us know that the roof absolutely did NOT have to be replaced. He said that he could see a few 'wear' spots but the roof was definitely good for at least another 5 years. He was prompt, professional and HONEST! Rick / Rick's Roofing, is a great guy; repaired a small hole in my roof at no charge! Very careful work and used a left over shingle from previous replacement of my roof. I had called the original business, RC Roofing, to do the fix, but got a really high quote and unfriendly attitude when I asked for a lower price.

Rick refused taking my $40, as a way of saying thanks, but asked instead for referrals. I have and will refer anyone I know to Rick.

I have a patio roof that needs to be done within 5 years that I'll have Rick take care of at that time.

I would highly recommend Rick's Roofing for your residential or commercial needs. Rick owns the business and does much of the work himself, so he is committed to doing the job right and getting referrals. He is experienced and knowledgeable, and won't recommend any expensive or extra roof work to bolster his bill. At my place of employment, we have used him for commercial and residential roofs, and he has provided good quality, fair priced and very timely work on all jobs. Great job, Rick!
