My house's roof is well done. That's why he gets two stars. But after saying he'd do the shed too, he ""forgot"" to order enough shingles for the shed. I had expressed my confusion about this in front of his workers. After the work was done I found a fist sized hole in the shed roof, in an inconspicuous place that I wouldn't have notice if I hadn't seen light coming through from inside. I have to conclude that his workers put that hole there on purpose, as plenty of inspections by various people prior to this contract never revealed this huge hole, and it was obviously made by great force, went all the way through the solid support wood. At least I got them to come and fix this hole. Other things I have noticed after I paid, no such luck. The vent they knocked out accidentally so it hung below the ceiling in the bathroom, and the solar tube they didn't install properly so it doesn't even meet up with the dome in the roof, I can't even get Rick to respond to emails or voicemails about these things. So I'm just writing bad reviews. Sadly I had seen some reviews of him somewhere that did say you can't get a hold of him if something's not right. But I ignored them and tried him anyway because he seemed like such a nice guy. Don't make my mistake!
