Rick is as good as it gets I have used him and his son Mitch on several of my jobs. These guys are the real deal honest and detail oriented. Rick does what he says he will when he says. Rare find these days.

Rick returned my call quickly, and he was out to my house the very next day to examine my roof leak.

He communicates very clearly, takes before and after pictures, and he did everything he said he would within his original time estimate. Within a couple of hours the leak was fully addressed.

He also charged exactly what he originally estimated on the first phone discussion.

I'll certainly call Rick again if the need arises.

Had to replace a skylight, that was special order, we ordered it it came in and replaced perfectly

Since he seems to have 2 different yelp reviews I'm giving my review on both.

Rick was referred to me by another roofing company that is too back-logged with new roof jobs to do any repairs currently. I spoke with Rick on Tuesday and he said he'd come out on Wednesday after an appointment in Oakland that morning. He called at 11:15, I gave him my address in Danville and he said he was on his way from Alamo. He called back a few minutes later to say that his GPS couldn't locate my address (no one has EVER had that problem before since our home is over 30 years old - so obviously not a new address). I gave him directions and while on the phone he said his partner was able to get the address in his iphone and they were on their way. 10 minutes later he called back and said he was running out of time and that I'd have to find someone else to fix my roof. Very abrupt and surprising phone call after 3 previous calls stating he was happy to come look at our job and give us a quote. Not sure what changed in that short time since all our previous conversations were friendly.

I was referred to Rick's Quality Roofing by a family member. Rick was very helpful and polite. He came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. He was on time and showed me pictures and answered every question I had regarding my roof. He was very experienced and professional. I ended up replacing my entire roof which looked incredible. He had it done in a reasonable amount of time, was honest with his work, and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with his work and I highly recommend him to anybody looking for work to be done on their roof.
