I had a pretty bad leak in my roof causing lots of damage. I called This company and within days I received a quote and a team of roofers who showed up on time completed the job quickly and before leaving cleaned the area up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend Rick's Roofing but only if you want the job done with professional qualities and done right. Thank you Rick.

Rick has been great for us. We have referred and used rick dozens of times in my business. I am sad that he has a few bad reviews, but I think that is because he is doing everything himself. He is a very busy guy juggling all his business. When it rains he is extra busy and cannot get to everyone sometimes for a week or so. Rick is not a super large roofing company like many in the area, so he is able to do the things the big guys cannot do. He can do patches and other small task. You may get more phone calls from a large company but you wont get the specialized work like Rick Hart does. I always call him and will continue referring to Rick.

Horrible customer service. My home warranty fidelity placed me with him initially. In my opinion, he should not be contracted with ANY home warranty service! He never called me back for almost 2 weeks to schedule me. I finally called him to see what was going on. Asked why no one had Called me back. Lame excuse was that they had been slammed with work due to the rains and it has been hard to get back to everyone (but 2 weeks??! That's ridiculous in my opinion). I asked if I could get someone out the following week at 7am before work. Said he didn't see why not. He said he would call me back before Monday for Tuesday 7 am as he was with some grandchildren over the weekend. Never called me back. Called him Monday to confirm Tuesday. Said his guy would be out Tuesday 7 am. Called him Tuesday 705 am as his guy didn't show up. He said he'd call him. It was already 730 am when he finally said the guy would be coming out and was on his way (I start work at 8 am). Then at 745 am, he calls back to say the guy isn't coming out. How unprofessional can you get? This is the company that wins all for unprofessionalism.

By the time I call fidelity home warranty to send me someone else, I am out two weeks behind in the line to get an estimate (had to wait an additional month before someone else could come out to give me an estimate - not even to do the repairs) and I could have been two weeks ahead of it hadn't been for this back and forth and unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

Had these guys come out and look at a leaking roof through Home Warranty Company. It took them 3 weeks to even communicate and lied about making phone calls and setting appointments. They finally came out inspected my roof and told me that my tiles had an overlap issue and I needed an entire new roof. What a crock of shit! Had two other roofers come out and said there estimate repair was incorrect. Do yourself a favor, get another roofer.
