We contracted Richey Roofing to replace a 40+ year old tile roof that was poorly installed when the home was built. Johnny Richey and his crew did a phenomenal job with the tear down and construction of the new roof. Professional from first contact to end of the job. There wasn't even a trace of them ever being there when the job was completed. Price was kept within our budget for roof and new powder coated gutters. Clean, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

A+ experience. 5 Starts. Johnny Richey and the rest of the crew were extemely smart and capable when removing old shingles and installing our new roof. They even helped us with some dry-rot and side-pannel replacements. All the work was done on-time, as schedualed, and no overcosts were needed, nor expected! All of the crew members were very helpful, prompt, and exceeded our expectations with their interactions, politeness and friendliness (even though we have a big dog inside, they were great). The crew cleaned the property every day after they were finished and would let us know about what had been done and what still needs to be accomplished. They have fair pricing we would most certantialy recomened Johnny Richey and all of his crew for any roofing needs.

I contracted Richey Roofing a few years ago. After a strong rain we sprung a leak in the northeast corner of our master bedroom ceiling. My home has an old Spanish tile roof which was destined to have issues. Jerry Garcia, Field Supervisor, came to the place and diagnosed the problem replacing the paper and adjusting the roofing tiles. I hired a drywall repairman and painter to repair the damage in the bedroom. The first winter after the repair the ceiling looked damp. Succeeding winters the drip returned. I have made several attempts to contact Johnny Richey both on his business and cellphone. I have left messages for Jerry Garcia, his Field Supervisor as well. As I explained in my messages to Mr. Richey I was sure we were outside the window of any guaranteed work. I was calling because he was familiar with the problem having done the work and would he take a second look at it even if it was at my expense. A week is enough time to get a response. A simple ""not interested"" would have been fine. No one likes to be ignored. Future customers should be very concerned about ""...service after the sale.""

Rude and inconsiderate of others around them. Poor driving habits. Careful if you see their work truck on the road, you'll know its them with the name plastered all over it

I had a bad roof with several leaks. They did a good job. It's a pretty roof and the price was reasonable. No more leaks either.

Not sure about the quality of work they do. Called and finally got them to come out to give us a quote. Never got a call back, after several calls to the office we were told that they are too busy to give us a quote. Wouldn't recommend them due to their lack of professionalism!

I'm sure Mr Richey does fine work however I wouldn't know from 1st hand experience. We had an appointment set for an estimate and no one showed up...my multiple phone calls were never returned. I just wanted an estimate. Unprofessional in my opinion

I was very impressed and happy with the bid I got to fix my roof and decided to move forward with Richey Roofing. Photographs were provided to show me what was happening on my roof. They just left after having completed the work today so that with the impending rainstorm we will be ok. They were very professional, on time, great price. What more can you ask for? We are by far. Very impressed & pleased with the work crew & personnel from Richey Roofing. Not only did they give us a reasonable price but it was by far cheaper than the competitors. After the work day The crew would clean up everything & not leave a trace that there was any construction going on. They made sure to cover our pool from getting dirty from the demolition of the tear down. Just to much to say about them. You will be very pleased. Did everything but the book. No short cuts.
