If you need a new roof consider Richards' Roofing, Inc.! They recently completed a roof replacement for me and I couldn't be more pleased. The entire crew was polite, hardworking and diligent in keeping my property free of debris. Not only was it an excellent job, the price was very reasonable with many extras included as well as a great selection of shingles. Richard, the owner, is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his follow-up explaining the warranty, etc. Keep doing what you're doing!

If you want a roof done correctly the first time than use Richards Roofing. Their price are extremely reasonable and he offers a 10 year workmanship warranty. Since they stand behind their work they do the job correctly and only use the best roofing materials. Richards Roofing workers are extremely professional and kept the area around the property nail free. They exceeded my expectations and I am so glad that we had them replace our roof.

Overall, we are very pleased with the work that was done! As promised, they started their day early and worked hard in the hot sun. They cleaned up every day and really did a great job at picking up any stray nails and shingles. Had it not been for the inspection delay I think they would have been done in 3 days. Even the dumpster was scheduled for pickup on the last day.

We couldn't ask for better treatment. We lost a few shingles during hurricane Matthew. We called half a dozen roofers to get an estimate. We had to leave messages at most of the firms.as they were very busy. Many of the companies returned our calls. However, 2 prominent companies did not return our call. Most of the companies said they were not taking on any new customers. One firm recommended Richard's Roofing. Ultimately, we got 2 estimates.
We decided to use Richard'S Roofing. We are satisfied for the following reasons:
1. He returned our calls promptly.
2. He scheduled the estimate much sooner than other companies.
3. They showed up on time to do the estimate and the repair.
4. The work was done in a professional manner.
5. The workers were dressed professionally and it was easy to see who they worked for.
6. The estimate was reasonable and accurate.

I f we need work done in the future we will call Richard's Roofing first!

We had a leak in our roof. Richard answered our call promptly and showed up on time. The repair required was going to be expensive due to the fact that the damaged area was in an inaccessible area where one section of roof was covered by an adjoining one. Richard gave us the option of repairing it properly which would have required removing a section of the roof that hung over the damaged area to access it, or trying a stop gap measure of sealing the leak with roofing tar to buy time until the whole roof needed to be repaired. When we opted to try applying the tar ourselves, Richard gave us a bucket of the proper material along with a spreader and offered to come to our house and assist us if we needed help. We applied the tar ourselves. Hopefully that will do the trick. When it is time to replace the roof we will definitely call Richard's Roofing in our selection process.
