Moved into a house he built in 2014. We've already had to remodel every shower due to extremely poor tile installation, plumbing not secured, leaking shower pans, crumbling cement board. Over $100,000 worth of repairs! Just this week, we had to repipe the entire house...$50,000. We had at least 15 gas leaks! When I called to ask him questions. His only response ""it passed inspection."" It did but have no idea how anything was green tagged. Now we are paying the price.

Service is not what it used to be. Needing my roof replaced I rent with Richard Williams as they replace the previous one and everything went well. This time when replacing the roof and gutters very bad experience. I asked for an estimate to fix the below issue before putting on gutters and this is what I was left with to deal on my own. Now I have to pay extra to have gutters removed. You have been warned!

I would like to thank Richard Williams and Associates for the work they did in our home. Tony Iovinelli was wonderful to work with during this process. Thank you Tony for coordinating the construction process. You were awesome throughout the entire time! When problems came up that had nothing to do with the job you were hired to do like the water leaking into our dining room through a window from a roof leak over our porch, you were so quick to send someone out to fix it. Anything extra that we threw at you, you didn't bat an eye. You just sent someone out to get the job done! You made sure that we were happy in the end and for that our family is eternally grateful to you for your kindness and patience! We had water damage in our home due to a water leak from the faucet in our kitchen which caused damage to the hardwood and tile flooring and cabinets. It turned out to be a very large job. We also had to get all of the granite replaced in our kitchen as well. I would like to thank Carlos with CMW Construction for all his and his crews hard work. They did a great job installing our new granite. All of the crew that worked in our home were very professional and courteous. I would like to send a huge ""Thank You"" to Joel Acuff with Acuff Flooring! You went above and beyond and the work you and your crew did on our hardwood flooring and tile is absolutely beautiful. From the demolition crew, electricians, cabinetmakers, installers, plumbers and the painters your hard work is so appreciated! Thank you to Maria and her crew for the great job they did cleaning our home once the construction process was completed. I would highly recommend Richard Williams and Associates for any future work you may need done in your home. Thank you Tony for making our house a home again! We are so grateful to you for everything you have done for us!

Richard just completed a major remodel for us. Kitchen, pantry, closets and master bath. We replaced cabinets, all appliances, tub/ shower, installed hardwood floors and had entire inside painted. We lived in the house during remodel and although it wasn't easy and I changed several things in middle of project Ritchie and crew came thru. I would recommend his service and especially liked his designer Sharon Flatley.

After extensive damage to our roof, gutters, interior walls & carpeting, etc. from the March 2017 ""tennis ball"" size hail, I was directed by my long time insurance agent to call Richard Williams & Associates. He said he had used them before & had been very pleased with their professionalism & the overall results.

I contacted them & found their representative, Tony Ionelli to be very helpful. We agreed on a price & time line, & the work began 10 days later. I found all their tradesmen to be very qualified & courteous. They cleaned up their mess at the end of the day so one could still get around that area. They would follow up weekly to let you know where the job was to completion & if you had any questions or concerns. 3 weeks from start, they completed the job to our 100% satisfaction!

These are just a few photos of my kitchen cabinets that Richard Williams and Associates had subcontractors paint. To be fair, they attempted 3 times. On that 3rd attempt the painter turned to me and said that they ""have customers in Highland Park, Dallas that never complain."" Well, I don't know about Highland Park. I live in Highland Village. I believe that if this kind of workmanship was done in a customers home in any city they would be just as disappointed and saddened as I am...This contractor has walked off the job without checking the subcontractors work, accused us of altering pictures and threatened to sue us...

Took weeks of hounding to try to make even the most simple things done correctly. After never getting things correct, he quit the job and said he won't be coming back.

Others have had success with this company. I have had nothing close to success.
