I highly recommend Richard Hockett Roofing, they are honest, skilled, and experienced. The bid was a very good value, considering the excellent work they do. Richard did a very thorough inspection of our roof and **provided excellent pictures** to show us exactly what needed to be done and also pictures of the project step by step. The office staff is super helpful also. It's wise to hire an experienced professional to fix it right the first time! *As my job was a repair, I was on stand by for scheduling, and it worked out great, they are definitely worth the wait -This company was a pleasure to work with! I will be using them for another job on our other house soon.

This is the second time we've used Richard Hockett Roofing. The first time was when a tree fell on our main house and now on the cottage house that had wind/rain damage from the last storm.
The crew James, Anthony and Ryan were great. They were very professional and hard workers. They cleaned up the area of debris and made sure no nails were left hanging around.

Outstanding roof work! Richard Hockett Roofing and crew just finished repairing a roof leak here plus replace a skylight, which in part caused the leak. On day one, Mike and Vince worked hard to find the leak by lifting and thoroughly examining tiles surrounding the skylight. In addition, they cleaned out all gutters and lifted tiles around the rest of the roof to examine all flashing around vents and valleys and to expose trapped debris everywhere. On day two, Mike returned for a full day to install the new skylight, replace all worn out flashing and to remove and replace cracked tiles. What a thorough and complete job he did! The roof is like new and we have a new sky light. Mike, who in addition to being very congenial and attentive to detail, is efficient, talented and professional! Our complements as well to Andrea Smith, Office Manager who addressed our concerns and for providing us with detailed photographs of the entire procedure. Richard Hockett is fortunate to have such wonderful, hardworking roofers and members on his Staff.

Richard has always been very honest and transparent with the man and I.
Today I reached out to him to start a project that he gave me a quote for 3 years ago. He took his time to explain the price increases and what I needed to do in oder to get my permit. He also mentioned he would be more than willing to obtain the permit.

10 months ago Richard Hockett installed my roof,which I was so completely satisfied with. Workmanship was 100% the best. His crew worked hard, cleaning up after each day. Never used my water or my electricity. Completion as promised eventho it rained. I am so happy with my roof but a couple weeks ago I thought I had a problem, call Richard Hockett Roofing & within 45 minutes Richard was at my home, to solve a problem I did NOT have, while on my roof he proceeded to sweep the leaves off my roof. I am so impressed because this does not happen any more where you are still important even after the job is completed. I so highly recommend Richard Hockett Roofing.

I can't thank Richard and his team enough! After an insanely high and vague bid from another contractor, I called Richard Hockett Roofing. Richard showed up on time, provided a detailed bid, and patiently answered all of our questions. When our roof was scheduled, the crew arrived on time. They were so considerate of parking and my need to take kids to and from school. At the end of each day, the crew provided a summary of work and asked if I had any questions before outlining what the following day's work would entail. This process continued for three days, and each day the crew left outside cleaner than how they found it (decks blown off, driveway raked for nails, etc.). When we discovered more dry rot than expected, Richard worked with us to recoup the additional costs by reusing our gutters instead of buying new ones. It's that kind of customer-centered thinking that will have us recommending Richard and his crew to friends and family. We appreciate Richard and his crew for going above and beyond.

Richard and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof. The price was fair, always on time, and once they started they stayed until the job was completed. (Many companies juggle jobs)
The crew of 4 was great, friendly and one of the best things I liked was the cleanup and no mess. Flower beds were hardly disturbed and they cleaned up every night and a very thorough clean up when the job was completed. I highly recommend Richard Hockett Roofing, so glad he was referred to us!!
