I got this company to work on my parent's roof in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. So far the process has been very smooth. The company feels very genuine and seems to care about their work, and my home. I really like that they have been prompt to all appointments and assertive in responding to my questions.

We just exchanged the 50% initiation deposit today, and will start work as soon as the permit clears, However, so far, Really Good!

I will keep you guys posted once the project is done, and a few months later, regarding It's durability. Nonetheless, we are really getting off to a great start.

Richard was FABULOUS!!!!! As an agent, I deal with a lot of vendors who want to do nothing but sell and then upsell every.single.thing. Richard came in, did his walkthrough, and was very informative, without trying to jam his service down our throats. I will DEFINITELY use him for all of my personal, and all of my clients' roofing needs!!

Nice company to deal with. Quick in response time for getting an estimator to our home. He was thorough and explained what we needed and got the estimate to us in a timely fashion. We went with anthrax company but we'd still recommend Richard Adams if you need wok.

I called Richard Adams Roofing to assess my roofing leak. The quote came in and I agreed to the work.
Richard Adams Roofing cancelled 5 scheduled appointment.Called on the day work was to be done 3-5 hourd after scheduled cancel.
Very unprofessional and would not suggect anyone use their service.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Had an appointment to estimate roof repairs at 8:00 a.m. No call, no show. Left my house about 8:40, got a call saying that they were on their way. I told them I had to leave for work. They stated that there is a 2 hour window. No one ever stated that. Received both appt confirmation and reminder and both showed 8:00 a.m. with no ""window"" mentioned. I rescheduled for next day, guy promised he'd be there at 8:00 a.m. Next day, no call / no show. Missed time from work both days for nothing. This speaks volumes to how the repair job would have gone. DO NOT call them.

Do NOT trust this roofer! Richard Adams Roofing was paid $2450 at the end of January 2017 to repair 2 leaks in a roof. With that repair he gave a 3 year warranty. At the end of May 2017, while we were at the property during a rainstorm, the water started pouring into the house over the front window repair that he did and his repair at the back of the house started leaking also. We called him and he immediately picked up the phone and told him what was happening. He said he would call us when he got back to his office and checked his records. He never called and refused to answer our calls after that. The property has been damaged by his shoddy workmanship. Any reputable roofer who cared about his clients, his job and his reputation would not have hesitated to come back and make it right. His 3 year warranty turned into a taillight guarantee. Stay away from this guy!

I had 2 sections of my shingle roof leaking and needed both areas stripped and reshingled. Richard had tried to repair the leak originally but let me know it might not fix the problem. He gave me credit towards the reshingle job and a fair price. Always on time, very polite and did the job so good you cannot even see where new shingle is on the existing roof.
